Oh dear BM, i think you needed those m&m's, he is clearly not worth the effort if that is what happens over something trival as not visiting him.

    Evening all,

There have been some good losses & STS's, well done. I know for some it's extra hard to battle meds, but don't lose heart.

Victory I get a pulled muscle in my back every now & again and it's such a killer! My OH has had his back go today, and it's a real worry, because he's had operations & epidural procedures in the past, but his job is very physical so he can't afford to be injured.

I had a bit of a diet wobble yesterday, and went pretty much off plan after breakfast. Lunch I had 3 pieces of quiche (wish my sister hadn't sent me back with a doggy tupperware), and for tea I made curry, albeit on my small plate, but it was carbs again! Today was Day 1 again, and I've had:

    B - porridge
L - natural yogurt, strawberries & small banana, pkt snack a jacks
    D - quorn 1/4 pounder, veggies, 2 potatoes

I think that's kept me well under my usual allowance, and should go some way to counteract my lapse. I just feel so silly for allowing it to happen, when I'd been so good on Saturday. I'd even sat in the car on the way home next to an open family sized bag of Minstrels that my sister munched on, my neice was sat in the back munching hot x buns & sweets, and I sipped on water! aaaarrrrggh! and they I go stuffing my face on quiche.

Not had the time to exercise today, even though I'd hoped to, because I ended up cleaning out & organising kitchen cupboards. I'm still slowly moving into my BF's house, but now I'm starting to work on the practicals.

I think I may trawl the charity shops for some cheap exercise dvd's, as I can't spend £13 like Davina's are priced on Amazon! Once my cold & cough have gone, and this wind has died down, I'll be out on my bike again.

Buttons, I agree with you, your friend's dog is a minger!

Thanks guys. I was raving mad earlier, but I've calmed down a lot, so much that I didn't even open the box of pringles! What a star :D
I do tend to go off the rails with food when I'm upset or angry, comfort eater!

Sary - Hope your OH's back will be okay and that your cold goes away.

Vixarooni - Is Ultimo quite expensive? I'd like something to make my boobs look top notch, since I've lost weight, they do not look as good as they used too and when I reach goal weight, if they look worse then I'll be getting some work done!!

Well I think I had a bit of a breakthrough with OH - he is nowing having sweetener in his tea! He has decided that yes he would like to lose a bit of weight but (unlike me) he doesnt want to/is not prepared to change his diet drastically. He has however agreed that if it tastes good, has meat and carbs and is not totally weird then he will try it. I'm going to have to get creative I think!

aww, thanks bb! i mostly like my life too, i just should perhaps try not to do too much. Thanks for the advice on the dog raph, i suspect that there are many dogs that are left for most of the day that suffer no ill effects whatsoever - it does all depend on the dog though i guess.

    Yesterdays plan was

special k oaty, milk and oj
cocopops, milk and applecup souplamb hot pot, tom juice
    and ended up

special k oaty, milk and ojcocopops, milk and apple2 slices toast, 4 chocolateslamb hot pot, tom juice, strawberry delight

    todays plan is:
weetabix choc minis, milk and oj,
lunch - don't know we've run out of milk and i cant get any at work
either packet risotto or cereal, haven't decided yet, glass tom juice

BM, you're friend is probably feeling a bit ashamed of himslef right now, what an over reaction. Had fun with the fitting last night, my body block is a bit big on the waist which i'm dead chuffed about - means i've lost a bit int he 3 weeks since we did it. And now i have an awful lot of handsewing to do which will keep me from snacking - result!

dmv give him quorn he won't even notice, my kids love the quorn nuggets, sausages, mince, they have never said what is this I am not eating that, they get the no added sugar stuff like custard or angel delight mousse saving cals etc and do not say, muller light yogs, snack a jacks, wholemeal lasagnas, bread yes they moan at the brown bread so we have gone for 50/50 kingsmill, fruit, flora extra light instead of butter, the changes happened and they accepted them and now they are the norm:D
