    I have been there Dragon and unfortunatley it sent me spiraling the wrong way and I binged for much of the following week :( Wishing you a speedy recovery and a good week this week with scales to match on Monday.

    Hi everyone, not been posting much, wasn't so good last week. I didn't do as much exercise and also went a bit mad eating wise at the weekend so am reporting a
    STS
    this week and am going to try harder this week, just glad I've not gained, which I was expecting :o.

    well todays plan is to try and get back to basics with the RC diet so here goes

    Milk allowance 3/4pint = 200 cal (have actually measured it out for the first time in god knows how long!)
    B- 40g speck k + milk from allowance & piece of fruit = 200 cal
    mid am - small banana = 50 cal
    L - 3oz pork, 4oz potato & mixed veg = 350 cal
    mid pm - apple = 50 cal
    T - 4oz chicken breast, 4oz potato & veg = 400 cal
    supper - 4oz frozen grapes = 50 cals

    Drinks 10 x blackcurrent juice = 30 cals

    Rough idea of cals for the day = 1330/1500

    Planned exercise - 62 mins RC dvd with my mum this afternoon
    30mins Wii Fit free step once the boys in bed tonight
    45mins RC class at 8pm

    Aiming to make up for a little binge last week and fish & chips on Friday! ;)
    so far so good, but then it is only 10.30!! OMG I thought it was about 12ish!! thats what happens when I get up early because of a grisly teething 7 month old!!

    Glad to have lost that poundage I put on last week, plus another one - for good luck!

    I am really struggling at nights right now, last night instance I stuffed my face with bran flakes, and it deffo was not a 30g portion! I don't even know what a 30g portion looks like but I imagine it dosen't cover the bowl :p

    I'm all out of wholemeal bread and semi skimmed milk, OH didn't leave me any cash so he'll be getting a text instructing him to pick it up on his way home, mind you I do that everyday.

    I've been putting it off for months but I MUST phone tax credits today, I really hate phoning them ever since they made a mistake and made me pay 2k back:eek: and it really WAS a mistake on their part.

    When I moved into this flat with OH, the first thing I did was phone them and let them know I was living with him and my change of address, OH then got a job (he had been laid off) so I phone them up to let them know and they said OH WE DON'T HAVE IT DOWN YOUR LIVING WITH HIM! I was like OMG I TOLD YOU! Oh, and they couldn't find the phone call :rolleyes: Yeah right.

    Anyways, I need to phone them and give them a different estimate, stupid how they work, a year back, anyways,OH was in a crappy job so I estimated that in the year 08' he would make 19k, well he got a big payrise so he is well past 19k and is more like 28k!
    I think I'm worried about phoning because they will be like BLAH BLAH PAY US BACK, even though I know they can't!

    I also need to get Contents Insurance as I accidentally cancelled mine on my online banking, Whooopsies! Ah well, they were a rip off anyways!

    This is a real achievement though Dragon considering how much your medication normally makes you gain. I wish it was easier for you, but I don't remember you posting a STS while on the medication before, so very well done about that!
