    Hope you are all well. this week has gone very well for me, eating has been good and i feel like my stomach is decreasing a little bit. I also bought a Wii fit so i have doing 30 mins a day on it and am enjoying it. I am still using
    food focus and am finding it useful to see what i eat. So as a weekly summary

    I am meant to be eating 1413 cals day

    Monday - 1437 cal
    Tues - 1226
    Weds - 1454
    Thurs - 1065
    Fri - 1527
    Sat - 1058 - 30 mins on wii fit
    Sun - 754 - 30 mins on wii fit

    i hope this week will have a good reflection on the scales this week

    Hi guys, completed super sculpt and super pump today, i'm getting arnie like ;) Also dyed my hair this afternoon, my hair is naturally dark brown so i picked a deep red and it turned out more a black/red colour very weird. Maybe it'll look better in a photo, which i promise will follow soon :)

    Haven't weighed in today as have been at relatives all weekend. I'm scared to think what damage I have done as I don't think wine, pecan pie, steak or a caramel slice are particularly condusive to weight loss. But I don't care I had a nice time and it was my first period of naughtiness since Xmas. Back on track tomorrow.

    Hi vixstar, thats nothing on me, i've never really bothered with calories etc i just eat what i want hence why i'm here :rotfl: We always have a treat dessert on sunday like pavlova, well tonights was a chocolate & vanilla cheesecake, i nearly died when it said 1800 calories for the whole thing, me and OH had half each oops, more of this needed :j :j Look at what you lot have done to me ;)

    well I stuck to yesterdays plan so pleased with that.

    breakfst -still full from tea; didn't bother
    lunch - cheese, ham and coleslaw roll, bag crisps, half slice of bar type choc cake
    tea - chicken and chorizo stew, glass tom juice

    today:
    special k oaty, milk and oj
    cocopops, milk and apple
    cup soup
    lamb hot pot, tom juice

    might have a friend coming round tonight to help me make a medieval dress which should be fun. I realised i've only got about 4 weeks till easter when i'm meant to be wearing it so thought i'd better pull my finger out.

    Morning:D slept wrong pulled a muscle in my neck so am walking like a robot and the kids find it hilarious:rotfl: :rotfl:
    Lovely and sunny so off to get some stuff for the garden:D
    Have put some stuff on ebay and have one bid of 99p, I am going to be rich:rotfl:
    We had a very succesful lunch on sat and repeated on sunday, I bought BOGOF from Asda meditteranean and wholemeal wraps 181 cals each and put loads of salad stuff in them as well as tuna, OH said it was a lovely refreshing colourful lunch, the kids gobbled them up and asked for it all the next day so very healthy, filling, fresh and lovely:D

    well todays plan is to try and get back to basics with the RC diet so here goes

    Milk allowance 3/4pint = 200 cal (have actually measured it out for the first time in god knows how long!)
    B- 40g speck k + milk from allowance & piece of fruit = 200 cal
    mid am - small banana = 50 cal
    L - 3oz pork, 4oz potato & mixed veg = 350 cal
    mid pm - apple = 50 cal
    T - 4oz chicken breast, 4oz potato & veg = 400 cal
    supper - 4oz frozen grapes = 50 cals

    Drinks 10 x blackcurrent juice = 30 cals

    Rough idea of cals for the day = 1330/1500

    Planned exercise - 62 mins RC dvd with my mum this afternoon
    30mins Wii Fit free step once the boys in bed tonight
    45mins RC class at 8pm

    Aiming to make up for a little binge last week and fish & chips on Friday! ;)

    Well my weight loss for this week is ............................... nothing! absolutely nada! Mind you I put no weight ON either so I suppose that is good AND I have been taking my pain medication so actually, over all I am not too unhappy!
    Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D
