2 and 4,the mum is watching them patio doors open she sits inside having a cuppa, comes out if they start howling, I know I reckon they thought I was not in and went over, I have been out moving the trampoline but there is nowhere else to really put it, I have tried moving it further so that they have trouble climbing from one ot the other but that is taking up the garden looses the flowers behind the trampoline I reckon I will do that though, like you say how many times has this happened before?
I am fed up with people saying that they are young and cute and lovely and sweet I know all that I know over the tulips they were not to blame (mother should have said no and told them off etc) I know they are adorable but the bottom line is they are not mine, my property is mine, their behaviour although young cute etc should not be coming over to my gardenl

Hi can I join you please? Was on here 3 years ago before falling pregnant, and found it a godsend. Lots of new faces on here now.

I have been doing WW since mid Jan, and only lost 13lb, finding it very hard, as always done sw before, so going to get my SW book out, and plan some meals etc and rejoin SW once I've used up last of my monthly plan.

I want to lose another 3 stone, and know through experience that I need to exercise lots to lose a good amount every week.

    thanks

    Cathy

    hi cathy - welocme back!

i needed to take a break - i'm up to my eyes in artwork signoffs and starting to get double vision. If you pick up a pack of sainsburys rice in 6 months time and it says 'yay on the losses!' in the middle of the ingredients dec you'll know it was me.

:j:j:j BMI is now 29 --- officially overweight instead of obese (and obviously loads of that is pure muscle:rolleyes:)

Blimey Granny those milestones are falling almost weekly with you! :D Well done, a new BMI zone is a brill achievement!

There was a bit of chatter on here about going after a 'female 6 pack'. That's something I did a bit of reading on relatively recently, and it seems that for the majority of women, the 6-pack doesn't 'show' properly until you have reached a level of very low body fat which can be quite dangerous in a female compared to a male. After reading about it I decided it would be healthier not to take my body fat too far into the underfat zone, and to have a toned, flat stomach rather than the 'rippled' look. Not wanting to spoil anyone's fun, but it's worth researching if you haven't already :)

I have a new milestone to report too - a new PB of 26:21 for 5K run :) It's getting very hard for me to reach new times over that distance now, the previous best was set in July last year!!! So I'm pleased! Think the sunshine helped :D

female 6 packs are rank i think. A woman should look a woman! i dont really like them on men either, perhaps a hint of one is ok but i prefer the lines leading down to the goods so to speak.

well done on the run time missy!! when you set off for a run does the distance put you off? If i was going for a run now and said 5k i woukd be like ohhhhhhh thats too long. maybe im odd!!
