go on nmm you deserve it!
bbelle, i am really bad because I love cereal. I like the so called healthy ones but i LOVE the naughty ones with added flavourings etc. reminds me of that discussion we had on here some time back about food guilty pleasures!0 -
The plants are only an issue in the summer as it's like fly heaven! I wouldn't eat at OH's parents house when I was pregnant and I saw bugs in the kitchen (insert puke smiley) I still don't like eating there now, they must think I'm a bag lady as I always have a bag full of snacks whenever we go there, my stomach is churning thinking about the SUPERLY raw steak she served me when I was pregnant. This thing was still moo'ing!
I'm skipping my weigh in this week as I'm constipated AGAIN, since I stopped taking those contraceptive pills (as they were drying out my eyes causing the conjunc) I've started bleeding AGAIN so I think it will show a negative result and I'd rather just avoid what it has to say - STS for me please - (that's wishful thinking)

But we won't mention how much sugar and salt we are adding to give this cardboard flavour'. Again, in case I sound too virtuous, I do find myself adding some canderel to my weetabix and you can't get more manufactured carp than pretend sugar.
Special K is high in sugar supposedly fab healthy breakfast so never eat that and the jordan muesli, I was surprised how much sugars there was in bran flakes (bought a box but still have not got round to opening it )granolas, could never touch those with the amount of sugars (not diabetic friendly) canderel is another one, the diabetic society says no and all the diabetic choc etc that boots sale def no so much sugar, thorntons had a diabetic 1/2 price easter egg, I looked at the back where it says carbs of which sugars 14.5g!!!!!!!! diabetics look at the back and if it says 6g or less you can have it without it affecting the blood sugars so how can thorntons parade an easter egg for us lot that we cannot eat?I asked the woman and she kept saying but it is for diabetics, crumbs there are less sugars in real choc in the high street than those:rolleyes: the sugars in soups are another one to look out for, lots of the ready meals have far too much sugars, salts and fats when they are supposed to be healthy eating, light, diet friendly etc tesco ones are high...
I have to forever look at the back of things and then you have to remember that it may say per 100g rather than the whole ready meal so you have to time it by 4.... so many of the WW meals I cannot eat...0 -
Ooh, it's been a bit quiet here today, especially after all the chat over the weekend I had to catch up on. Anyway, reporting in for my eating today, which ended up being OK.
B - porridge
L - chicken salad
D - grilled chicken breast, small baked potato & salad
snack - packet of snack a jacks
I don't feel at all hungry, and was busy at my house for a couple of hours or so, and have been doing chores here the rest of the day. Hoping that my activity will be burning off the cals, as I can't find the time right now for the Wii or for cycling. I may cycle the boys to school tomorrow, as that's all done by about 9am, which means I've done 2miles before breakfast, and it makes me feel fab!
Today I have packed a humungous bag of clothes from my other house (BF hasn't seen them yet, but he will when he goes to get in bed), so tomorrow I am going to have a mass trying on session to see if the smaller stuff fits, and if the larger stuff is too big - in which case it's going to charideee mate, because I'm damned if I'll keep it her to grow back into! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Evening all,
a 0.5 gain unfortunatley this week. I need to get a Davina!!!Jane 21120 -
Is Davina the best workout DVD? I really need to tone up, my arms and belly but I'm thinking I'll still have a bit of a "hang" going on, which I will probably get removed. Not liking my boobs much either as there is loose skin now which I can see whilst wearing bras
not happy about that either, at least when I was fat I had pert big boobs, they look "PAP" now!
Anyhow, looking for an all over toning DVD? Is that Natalie Cassidy one any good? Though since she couldn't keep the weight off it doesn't exactly scream BUY ME!0 -

Haaaa hows that for a review!
But really, have a look at this and see what one sounds more "like you" cos the more you enjoy it, the more you will do it.
I am a massive fan of davina anyway, I think she is FAB but I know alot of people who cannot stand herand can't understand how I do not get sick of doing her workouts. She still makes me laugh!
NMM will be on to back me up on this one though...the skipping story is a beaut! HaahaaMarrying my gorgeous Andy27 July 2013 at Gretna GreenSealed pot challenge..Saving for the HONEYMOONWill be cracking open the pot of dreams May 2013 :j0 -
Hi all. Had cereal (a bad flavoured one!) for breakfast and a shop bought 320 cal tuna and cucumber sandwich for lunch. Had a tracker 170cal to keep me going at uni then OH had kebab and chips and i had a few bits of chicken and cous cous for dinner as planned. Got back a bit earlier than expected but am knackered now, and looking forward to chilling out with some tv in a bit. May treat myself to a milkway with 90210 under a blanket! Only dog walking for exercise today, but gonna get the wii out tomorrow and give it my all! Hope everyone had a good day. Night all.0
