Yup, i backup everything linz just said, Davina Rulez :j I have the Natalie Cassidy one and i hated it, it was boring from the start and after 10 mins i turned it off and put Davina back on :rotfl: My other favourite is Tae Bo, Billy Blanks is pretty cool but if you don't like in your face Americans its maybe not for you. 5 Step Fat Attack is also not bad, but i have 2 left feet so can't get some of the moves right. The one thing i love about both the Tae Bo Cardio and Super Fit is they are completely standing workouts so you don't have to mess about on the floor, obviously if you want great abs situps are a must but for general fat blasting it's great :T

I did Tae Bo Cardio tonight, i also walked into town in baking hot sun so i got double exercise today :j Food wise, i don't seem to be snacking as much on chocolate, normally when i shop all the chocolate has gone before i have to shop again but i still got loads in from weeks ago, grrrr what have you lot done to me :rotfl:

Going to put my will power to the test tomorrow - got a Hotel Chocolat easter egg to pick up from the mail office. Going to try to just have a tiny bit a day - fingers crossed. I also have to go to the gym as I haven't been for ages - on that note must put my towels in the washer.

morning all! well yesterdays plan was:

    granola, milk, oj
    special k, milk, apple
    cup soup
stuffed mushrooms and veg, tom juice

    and i had

    granola milk, oj
    speical k, milk, apple
    cup soup, granola and milk
stuffed mushrooms, veg and tom juice

so i'm pleased with that. I was hungry in the evening so i made sure i had something that was reasonably good for me. anyone watch ashes to ashes last night? It's not in the same league as life on mars but last night was definitely intrigueing.

STS for me this week, OH keeps goading me that the 2.4kg loss will come straight back on because it is water I lost and the body will get it back but so far it has not so na na nah:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

First day in 20 days without the kids both at school at last:j hoping to spend the day with the spade in hand digging the garden but no sun yet even though I am sporting a long forgotten skirt:D

Saw my neighbour yesterday who over reacted to the tulip incident (are you accusing me of picking your tulips?) anyway was on the doorstep talking to another neighbour when he found himself coming towards us to get into his house, he decided at the age of 37 and a grown mature man that he is to put his head down but he was smoking at the same time, it was hilarious, he just could not co-ordinate his I am going to walk past with my head down but I am finding it hard to put my cig in my mouth because I am looking at the floor:rotfl::rotfl:I just burst out laughing (looked as if I was laughing with the other neighbour fortunately) I said a loud cheery hello and he sort of went 'ello' and rushed in, funniest thing I have seen in ages:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Victory that is funny!
I've given up on the buggy board. Tried the new one and it really isn't practical...it diesn't "follow" the buggy very well. I found these on Amazon and decided to order two. They both seem to like having backpacks (DF and I never go anywhere without ours) and the "lead" on them is just the right length. It also gives me the oppertunity to go hands free and control where they go. So we'll see how we cope.

I'm feeling so good this morning, I got up and had my vitality breakfast with tea and then I did 30 minutes on the wii-20 minutes step and 10 minutes jogging. I was looking at my balance tests and realised something. There has always been a discrepancy between my left and right leg because of the cerebral palsy and there looks to be a chance the stepping might help with that. So in addition to losing some fat-I could be doing what the phsio was doing, without the schlep of finding a sitter for DS:T. On a bit of a downer note...my temp has dropped since the weekend-although it is still above the coverline-Im still not convinced:( .
My "saffer maatjie" (South African friend) is picking up some more crockery for the wedding from a freecycler (its so exciting-it feels like lucky dip, cant wait to see what there is.) So I need to take the kids for a walk down to the parking shop to buy some permits.
    Will pop in again later,

    hey everyone!

hope everyone is ok. Weathers looking good here! cant wait. Although im dog sitting and matts parents garden doesnt face south so its a rubbish back garden in terms of sunshine. Parents backgarden is south facing and it gets sun nigh on all day, perfection.

My last day (ish) in the flat! woopers. v excited.

food wise ive been sooooooooooo bad lately. Now everytime i eat i feel a bit ill so i might take a break from food, skip lunch and just have my dinner tonight. Maybe it needs a break!
