Hello Kataratarina - welcome to the board.

There's lots of friendly people on here, and we've all found the key to success is to post here regularly, whether that be to post our successes, or just have a rant when things have gone a bit 'off piste'!

Raph does our chart each Wednesday, and when we post our losses, STS (stay the same's), or gains, we try to put them in a nice bright, bold easy to find/read way for her.

Many of us try to post at least once a day, some of us more, :o but hey, we just like it here!

Granny, Jane, unknown3rd, fredsnail & anyone else I forgot, well done on the loss/STS.

Yay! Newbies:wave: We best start being careful or we'll end up like the flylady thread-I dont know how anyone keeps up over there anymore its so busy;) Just kidding, please stay-we like newbies.
Well done on all the losses and STS's-I'm not going to be specific coz I can't remember who did what now
Unknown I think I missed it-what are you joining?

I haven't logged my food today because I've been lazy. But I had:
    • Vitality breakfast
    • One slimfast shake
    • One packet of carrot and parsnip crisps (those were 190 cals-I did check) very yummy
    • Mince and bean onepot with two pitta's
    • Lost count of tea but all with sweetners not sugar
    • One litre Indian tonic water
I am cramping something fierce, so I'm guessing I might be heading for my first TOTM since the miscarriage (sorry catmandomoney). As much as that saddens me it does make me feel better about how b***hy Im being today. Im sat here with my earplugs in because I feel like EVERY person on my street has some kind of home entertainment on full blast-including DF! And its driving me mad. I think I just need to go find some quiet somewhere and it ain't going to be here.

On another note-my daily clicks total is now at £37:jGranted I'ver not paid any out yet, but I only started doing them at the end of March-and I only spend about half an hour a day so I dont think its bad at all.

can i have any success stories from SW? i bought the magazine and they have people in it but for some reason i never believe them, lol!!

ps. when i say success stories, clearly everyones has one when they lose weight (dont want to seem critical to anyone) but i just want to know if i motivate myself to SW what i'll lose x lbs in x weeks. i know everyones different but i just like people to AMAZE me and i'll be woowwww'd!

i started WM 2 years ago in Nov and by Feb i'd lost 23lbs! Although swiftly put back on!

Evening guys, welcome newbies :) Well done to the losers and STS's, we've all done well this easter :j No exercise for me tonight, giving my foot a little rest, will try a workout tomorrow i hope it was just a one-off. That girl in the story does look great, i hope once she gets to her goal she keeps at it and not pile it back on.

    Hi everyone.
Just a quick question. I wanted to know if you can join slimming world online only. I can't really go to the meetings and then I get completely down if I can't go.

    Many thanks for any replies.

Victory - I wonder if you have either a viral infection, or picked it up somewhere other than through what you ate? I was just thinking that if only you were affected, but everyone else ate the food, surely you should have all been affected? I also seem to recall after having had food poisioning before, it generally starts just a few hours after eating, so middle of the night, or just before bedtime, and was sick quite violently, and with an almost accurately timed frequency (every half hour). It doesn't generally hit the 'other end' until the sickness had been going a while, and is effectively the body using every exit available to rid itself of the infection. Are you still having to go to the loo, or is it just the tummy pains now?
Thanks for taking the timeto write about it:D I am just a curious person by nature and like to know why? My sis reckons it was a viral that I picked up in the air, my OH reckons not washing hands whilst gardening, everyone ate the same all day, well they ate loads of choc but the dinner was salmon starters, turkey roast and no sickness but the other end from 5.30am(googled it and it says up to 12 hours later the symptons begin which is about right as we had dinner at 5 pm) no loo now, bunged up but OH says that is because of the imodium working, just sharp knife like pains and bloatedness.

    Welcome to the newbies:D

chac yes you can jjust join SW online without having to attend the meetings:D
