Yep, DMV is right, get hip with the slang! Lmao.

Sary - Yeah she is a bit like that, has plenty of girly toys and loves them but she is as brave as a wee boy I think, has no fear at all, is always covered in bumps and bruises (Worst one was when she fell and knocked her head on the side of the dining table - You can imagine the big egghead bruise and what was worse, was I took her out to Matalan and all these people were looking at her forehead out of the corner of their eyes, must of thought I'd battered her!)

Lunch was a bit erm more, I emptied what beans was left and it didn't even cover 1 slice of toast, soooo I had a tiny smidge of WW beans, 3 pieces of toast, 2 of them had wafer thin ham on the top and a tomato. Was nice though and I'm thinking about 400calories ish. Not too bad!

buttons: And thats scotland for you :p It always shocks me seeing scotlands bad side on tv police programmes, its nearly as bad as the irish.

    Hello MORE and ALICE!

Missy: Youre such a good photographer! The pics look like you have produced a calendar, maybe to be called "missys runs" A jounery of discovery for one fit !!!!!! from the north west. :p

Matt and i have had a nice day in maidstone today. I bought the da vinchi code board game from a 99p shop ha. Dunno what it will be like but for 99p i will take the chance! We then went to this farm place to look at the animals. I was feeding the donkeys and they had some chicks and ducklings that were hatched 3 days ago. Soooo cute. I really want to keep some chickens!

    TRAITOR! lmao.

Am still feeling "delicate" but a bit better so will attempt some work. Am definitely not upto a proper dinner so will do OH southern fried chicken and chips from his "naughty" section of the freezer. If Im properly hungry I will have cous cous, if not I might have a "chip butty". My calorie intake so far has been hot cross buns, and I think Im ridiculously in credit thanks to an upset stomach so I may as well enjoy a few chips for once.

Did anyone see the anorexic prog on ITV1 last night at 9pm? Bit disturbing, especially the 2/4/6/8 diet 200 cals aday then 4 and so on and repeat, while I was watching it I was having a serious head chat with myself whether or not to have another cracker at 31 cals or a salt and vinegar rice cake at 41 cals:rotfl:yep know all the calories to everything but to post on a chat room how many cals in a 2 1/2 inch slice of cucumber (2.5 cals apparently) is excessive:rolleyes:

Hahaha thanks Vix! But Missy's Runs sounds well dodgy :rotfl: That's the first time I've ever been described as a !!!!!! though :j

We've stayed in today and although I'm getting ridiculously up to date with other things which is great, I am missing my outdoorsy stuff. I've done 40 mins on the exercise bike today.

Are you feeling any better than earlier BB?

Welcome MORE777 - yep the achy legs is generally a good sign (as long as you know the difference between a 'good' ache and actual pain!), it means your muscles are repairing themselves from the workout you did, and once you've fully recovered you should be fitter and stronger next time! You can assist your recovery after a hard workout by warming down adequately, stretching, replacing lost fluid, replenishing carb & protein, relaxation/sleep and massage :)

DF did a sloppy joe type meal with mince beans and pitta breads-it was good, but I think I overindulged. Oh well, but we still have tomorrow to get through so Im resigning myself to an STS on Sunday. Will be late weighing though as we are spending the night. I have to take my thermometer with so I think taking my scale might be a bit much for our hosts:rotfl:I missed my temp this morning as I woke up feeling thirsty, got up and had a drink, then I went back to bed and a few minutes later the alarm went off-I thought I had a couple of hours at least. Anyway, my other signs are all conflicting today with what my chart has said earlier in the week-so we'll have a "just in case session" later anyway:D

Im trying to remember what I just read in the thread but I've forgot already:( I did notice two newbies-so welcome to you.

Yep, I saw it, though without sound, but I could get the gist of it.

I couldn't get sound because I was working out at the gym and their ear plug 'things' don't work.

It made me wonder about my need to exercise - but it is not in the same league as their need to exercise just because they have eaten something and feel guilty.

Some of the pictures were awful - I know most women have a distorted self image, but to think you need to lose weight when your bones are sticking out is 'bizarre'.

It made me smile when I saw Ferne eating the rice cake - I hate those things (sorry Victory) but they just stick to the roof of your mouth and dry it out - I know they are good in that you think you are eating something and it makes your stomach feel fullish - but yuk!!!

I'd rather have a 100 cal bowl of porridge :rotfl:
