Lo folks'
Food wise today has been a nightmare!
I've eaten - 1 greggs sausage roll, loads of mini eggs, probably a whole tube of pringles, sandwiches, slice of pizza - OOPS.
Went and seen that house today and it is PERFECT, that guy seems keen for this flat as he hates having a garden (He's allergic to grass!!)
Bit annoyed cause my sister came with me to the bus stop to wait for my bus and two teenagers drinking beer (classy) started hurling abuse at us, SUCK OUR **** etc, I told them to **** off with their baby ****s, and then I was assaulted with the usual - FAT UGLY BIRD! Oh noes! So then I got seriously $%$£%$£ and started cussing like a mofo at them, telling one of that he resembled placenta and the other that he looked like an albino, said they were stupid as they had been referring to each others penor's as FOUL and then started a debate about FOWL and one said that FOWL was a young chicken and I was like YOU STUPID $%£$%$% £$%$£%£$%.
Anyways, I don't like people who randomly shout abuse and filth, my sister is 15, I don't want people talking to her like that even though they weren't much younger than me!
$%$%$%0 -
Buttons - I love the word mofo! I've never understood teenagers randomly hurling abuse, if its for entertainment then they are sad and the real world is gonna be a shock, and if its to make themselves feel good by making others feel bad, then they are going to ultimately end up lonely because no one will want to be around them.
Welcome Alice, and good luck reaching your goal.
I have just this minute finished working, and have well and truly caught up for not doing anything yesterday. To be honest I'm taking a completely different approach to this essay than everyone else, and even to some of the suggestions by my lecturer, but I usually get reasonably good grades and as it is a short, vague and ambiguous essay title, they cant exactly fail me. However, that doesnt mean they will like it or give me a good grade, but heres hoping that i get enough of what they are looking for in it.
Am now off to watch some tv for an hour to switch off and get tired, and then the whole process of juggling food, work and some semblence of a life starts again tomorrow!0 -
Happy Easter all you lovely people.:easter:
Vix - Lent officially ends at sundown on Easter Saturday, so I always say Easter Sunday when the eggs come out is the end of it. OH has been good though and promised not to buy me an easter egg this year, although he's already requested his rum & rasin fudge. :EasterBun
It makes sense because *FOOD !!!!!! ALERT* I still have 1 large box of Dairy Milk unopened, a tuck box my BF bought me for Christmas, full of chocolate bars (boost, toffee crisp, bounty, fry's cream, picnic, double decker, etc), crisps & kiddie sweets like rhubarb & custards, tootie frooties, chocolate peanuts, frazzles & Doritos, plus I also have 2 large family bars of Fruit & Nut, a pack of Matchmakers, and a large tub of Celebrations - all unopened! They're sat in a cupboard not 6 feet away, and have been for the past 4 months; why can't the same will-power follow me to the kitchen?
I had my 1st chinese in ages last week, I think the last time was for a friend's birthday in January. I have to say it is my favourite takeaway/meal out, just sooooo scrummy.
So, this morning I've done a little bit of gardening. I'm so excited because the seeds I planted last week are starting to sprout! I've got tomatoes, onions and geraniums growing already :T I put them in pots, and have left them on a shelf unit in an outside brick shed with a polythene sheet over them, and worried it may have got a bit chilly out there overnight, but it's clearly been OK for them. Woohoo! I'm going to grow some potatoes in a couple of old plastic dustbins too. A friend did this last year, and had great results. There is rain forecast for later, so am hoping to get a bit more digging done before it arrives.
BF is tinkering with his motorbike at the moment, and we're not stressing about finishing packing up the house, as I've done quite a lot already. I'd like him to have a day's rest before we do more up there this weekend.
I had a bit of a sugar dip an hour or so ago, and I have no idea why. I've eaten fairly well, and not had anything sweet, so a bit of a mystery. Maybe because TOTM has been so horrendous this week?
Food so far today:
B - porridge (200 cals)
snack (for sugar dip) - banana (100 cals) & 2 x Nairns (86 cals) oat biscuits (low GI)
Lunch will probably be bacon for everyone else, but I'm planning to stick with my soup. I've had a sneaky peek of the scales this morning, and I think I detect a downward shift again, so that's motivated me to be good.:AOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
