~Talking of tanning shops..... I was surprised to hear a friend of mine has been to several sessions at a tanning salon prior to going away to Egypt next week. She's still not been given the all clear after having treatment for aggressive breast cancer (at the same time that lady who fought to get her Herceptin, my friend was doing the same & had the same type of cancer - that lady died a few weeks ago
) Don't these places ask those kind of questions? Clearly my friend hasn't got the sense, but surely someone has to be? Anyway OT... sorry!
Vix - my sharting is over for now! Hey, it may mean some weightloss this week I'm hoping!! Drastic I know, but if it's good enough for supermodels - hah, well it's good enough for the likes of podgy old me!
Food so far today:
B - porridge
Gotta go fly up to my house now to pack up some stuff. Catch you later guys. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Would you adam and eve!! the flat is back on folks. Ha, i cant believe it myself. Although i never knew what went on in trying to get a flat through the conventional route, its a nightmare. The woman who came in as i was talking to the bloke who showed me round...well....i thought i was a snob but she took it to new levels. Flipping looking at me up and down, saying ohh because you work part time bla bla and the minimum requirement is set and if youre under that is it. Really trying to put me off. Its flipping less than we pay now for god sake!! But i got her back because i rang through my deposit to secure it and she went on about me needing a guarentoor thingy and i was like no i don't need one and then man was like, no they earn enough. So ha to that old lady who wore a flipping tarten kilt on a really warm day. Im very much not getting my hopes up now, i have learned by my mistakes.
BB: My mother always said the boys are going to love me. When i was a teen i would come downstairs in my nightie that i had since i was 11, with socks pulled up to the ankle ha. I do wonder why matt is with me sometimes! Good luck to your husband, what a lovely day to start a new job. Hope everything works out well for him, and you get some time to be on here a bit more!
Missy: Oh it is, you have a nack of making weight loss, exercise and generally everything sound easy. If i said to you tell me how to work out long multiplication i bet you could with ease.0 -
oooh buttons, you'll end up a wrinkly!!
I wear spf on my face all year, and colleen rooney i believe is the same age as me and she has more wrinkles on her face, i dont have one yet. Trouble is my face is fatter so mine are probably pushed out through that, but still. I try and make sure that i am sustainable, to conserve what i have now for future generations. Of course, nature may dictate that i will end up wrinkly but i will try my best to reduce my wrinkles the best i can.
Why dont you get a spray tan or use the gradual build uppers. Thats what i use to make sure i don't get confused with a piece of A4.0 -

It's quite clear to me why Matt is with you - you're open, honest & fun for starters, and being a natural knicker flasher just seals the deal:D .
Thanks for the best wishes for my husband - but I'm having a groundhog day now - do you remember the conversation last week when I said we weren't married yet. Does being my potential bridesmaid mean so little to you!!!:rotfl:I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Why don't i get this? i had to dictionary.com "groundhog day" i thought it was a film! Didnt realise it was a creature ha. But yea im lost, are you saying now that now Mr BB has got a job you went to get married? orrr...... Or is it like the groundhog day where if he sees his own shadow there will be a further 6 weeks of winter and youre saying youre having one because your husband went out and he saw his own shadow and therefore metaphorically the next 6 weeks will be your winter?
my head hurts already.
Granny: As i said earlier Granny, dog eat dog! She judged me, right back at her on a public forum! Perhaps she was thinking what a weirdo wearing boots and a coat on a warm day ha! But still, i win. Shes not in Scotland, she's in southern England.0 -

Vixarooni, I think what BB is very nicely trying to tell you that her OH is not her husband and that she had explained this to you already. Hence the reference to groundhog day where you live the same day over and over again!

Hello everyone
Well done on all the STS's and losses-not many gains despite all our cheats:j. I am sticking to my lists this week. Doing some serious flying today and feeling SO much better for it-going to do a meal planner tonight and get some shopping in. DF wanted to go week by week last month-I told him it wasn't a good idea and I was right. We spent at least £100 more than we normally do. I also started doing daily clicks on Wednesday and have already made £12, so I think he's starting to really see the benefits of MSE now-FINALLY.
Vix you're going to have to PM me and tell me how you got that right with the flat nowe please:) I'm so disappointed with the system that I've just given up on it:(
BB please say you are (or have) getting/gotten married. They say it happens in groups so maybe the rest of us will also get the chance to start calling our DF's DH's instead:D
I have to add also that I'm very proud of myself. I made a dozen orange cupcakes for DF to take to work today and he didn't take them. They are all still in the fridge...I have not touched a single one:D0
