Missy: only you can make circuit training sound easy!

Im in a much better mood today, my weekend long humpathon has now departed. 8 people could have got clamped where i live today, matt took down all the numbers and did any of them get clamped? NO. I felt bad last night but as everyone keeps saying to me, the person who grassed me up could have been wanting that 5th space for himself!! Plus its dog eat dog now, i think im too nice to people sometimes.

Sharted is one of the best terms, i remember when i sharted at my friends house one time i had the trotts. Infact, i dont think i sharted that long ago because i have vivid recolection of poo in my knickers but i could be thinking of the time i was a little girl and the vision has stuck. I'll ask matt, he'll remember!

And they say romance is dead:rotfl: . Glad you're feeling more upbeat vix - sorry about the flat - keep looking: there must be other gorgous little flats just waiting to be found.

Busy day for me today. 1st day of OH new seasonal job and the sun is shining so a good start for him and feels very differnt for me. Nice (as in a fresh change)different, though we have enjoyed being together 24/7.

    menu today:
bkfast - haven't had it yet -rather a slow start this mroning so just a few cherry toms & a cuppa. Will have an early brunch of yesterdays leftover shepherds pie with mashed celeriac, swede & carrot topping.
late afternoon snack: fruit, maybe lowfat mozerella & salad
dinner: roast chicken & geen veg. OH will have roaties & stuffing too. And must make him a 1st day at new job trifle treat:D . Fortunately I hate triffle so this will be easy.

    Snacks: HEb weetabix, fruit,ryvita.

Bought loads of fish at asda yesterday - going through a fish & salad phase. Also other bits and pieces to try 4 new recipes from new cookbook.
Allowed myself some toast & butter with full english brunch yesterday and it was fab. But back to bread free status today.

You feeling nay betterer yet Dragon?
    And button?
Purplevamp :hello: - do you have a particular plan for your weightloss. Meal planning helps me a lot.

Haha, where did I make it sound easy? From what I've seen (and I've never actually done it myself), it looks bloomin' hard!!! All those sprints  Respect to you Vixstar.

Good luck to your OH for his first day BB! Is he all recovered from the op now?

Big fat STS AGAIN my own fault though, Mcdonalds, copious amounts of alcohol, bags of salted cashews, italian meat sandwich fest, tacos! Aren't really diet friendly, better than a gain I guess!
  • Thanks missy - no I wouldn't say he is fully recovered, but I think getting back to work will help lift him. GP is referring him back to surgeon to check all is ok, as he isn't sure. And he still gets very tired, but it is such a beautiful day here and he'll be outside a lot and I think will enjoy himself.

    oooh, what you making dragon?

i ate rather badly over the weekend and am paying for it now because I feel rubbish. Still, i enjoyed it at the time. loving the sharted phrase btw, will be starting to use that at every opportunity.

sorry about the flat, vix, i guess it wasn't meant to be. BM, aren't the tanning shops supposed to supervise you? Shouldn't they be making sure that you don't get burnt? Hope it feels better soon.

Well I didn't walk out of the salon burnt, it didn't hit me until later that night. It was my own fault I had been there before and they saw how often and how many minutes I had done and I stupidly did 9minutes instead of 6, thinking it would be okay.

I'm a lot better today, just around my hips and bra strap area that's a bit nippy, could barely move on Saturday though, was bent over the bath crying as OH put Calamine lotion on me (Bet we smelled the same Dragon :p) It was the only stuff I had in the house that took the edge off.
