Well, my dodgy belly ended up as a case of 'don't trust a f@rt!' Remember there was a discussion about colonic irrigation a few weeks back - I think on Radio 1?..... OK, well I don't need one now!

    :o

He he. I've got a colonoscopy booked for the 27th April and to prepare for it I have to get everything out first! I've got stuff to take the day before and basically I'll be doing it throught the eye of a needle! And afterwards because they use gas to expand bits I'll be inflated! I was in fits of laughter when they were telling me about it. I said if the NHS gets really strapped I've got a good foot pump they could use! Then had a fit of giggles thinking about if they used helium by mistake. I've got too much of an imagination!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
  • Tagz, I have visions of you laughing as much as the kitten in your avatar (or is that you?). Glad you can keep a sense of humour about it :D

Afternoon:D have been listening to my lot moaning about the dinners I cook long enough so have escaped to here:rotfl: made turkey casserole (OH described it as water and veg:rotfl: kids refused to eat it) made lasagna, trying to poison us? then they moan if it is just chicken nuggets and oven chips for speed, as it is beige food and there is no nutritional value in beige foods says GM:rolleyes: so then pasta, too much of it, then fish not enough, oh shut up moaning and do it yourself:D

hah, it does sound like a vicki comment. Scary: the term you were looking for there was that you "sharted"

Vicki news: We didnt get the flat. Im twice gutted now. I dunno why but it seems to be the straw that has broken vicki's back. I've been in a perminant bad mood all weekend. It was made worse this morning when i opened my living room curtains to see the moast minging woman over the road who is obviously in a council flat which is better than ours and paying less then what i do. Why is it this World seems to not help the people who try hard? you do well and get nowt, do badly and not use condoms and way hey, have a nice shiny new flat right in the centre of the city for half price. Makes me angry! If i could change it all i blimming well would. Obviously im generalising cos some people have tried and need the help, but even so.

Found your post really interesting FFM and well done on another great week, you seem to be enjoying the extra exercise which is great :D I didn't have body analyser scales when I got seriously into my exercise (while I was still losing weight), so I missed the initial fun of the quickly changing fat loss / muscle gain numbers :p I wish I'd known what my starting ones were.

I think you're right with a wait and see approach - there will probably come a time where it isn't healthy to lose any more body fat, and you'd prefer not to add any more muscle but just maintain what you've got (this is where I am), and perhaps that will be your ideal - as long as it doesn't mean too great a calorie restriction and/or too much exercise work to maintain.

I know I'm a lot happier being "heavy" for my dress size, than I would if I were as light as possible at the same size but unfit and untoned. The low body fat and relatively high muscle % is what enables me to do what I love doing :D

Had a wee slip last night with veggie thin crust pizza and a slice of cheesecake, then 2 pain au chocolate for breakfast today. Apart from dog walking not much excercise either! Hope it doesnt ruin all last weeks good work, but AF is here and comfort food is sometimes good for the soul lol.

Vix sorry you didn't get the flat. But can I say that you did make me feel better. There is a man who lives down the road who is on benefits and has bought himself two new motorbikes in the last six months. DF is in the process of selling his because we could use the money. We live in a one bedroom flat and pay £750 without any utilities. I've been trying to get DLA purely so that I can get a blue badge so I can stay on the bus-but apparently because I can bake a cake I'm not disabled enough. And also because of DF's hours our working tax credits are reduced to £0 from a potential £700. I recently applied to vision to learn to do my health and safety course and I got told because of our postcode it's £50 more expensive than it would be if I lived a block further up my road. I'm in conversations with our local MP at the moment because of it. Oh dear...Im griping aren't I? Oh well...to keep on topic. I had a plate of nachos with avo and salsa for lunch and DF is doing stuffed turkey breasts for supper tonight.
