kpc: House was bizarre but nice. Split over 3 levels in a quiet little bit on its own with about 5 other houses of similar design.

Off to look at the ones at the back of me in a minute!!

DMV: ah i cant get the sodding thing off bold ha. The jambalya i made had enough ingrediants in it to feed the whole of nepal! It was herbs and spicey whatever, pepperoni, sausages, three colours of pepper, a chilli ect... im sure it could be scaled down but back then i was a novice cooker.

right im going to go, it still wont get off bold ha!

Well done guys, some great losses coming in. Sary, hopefully the scales will catch up for you next week.

I am pleased to say that I have had a 3lb loss this week too!! so I am now over halfway to my first target of 10 stone. I also got my 3 1/2 stone certificate at class this morning and was slimmer of the week :D
As a treat I decided to try on a top in Tesco's and had to get it in a smaller size, I have never been a size 14 top in adulthood. Very happy just gotta keep it up.. off to update my siggy now!

just incase BB thought i was getting malnourished :p
A few days late vix, but that's for the veg update:D Can't have potential bridesmaid number 2 getting scurvy.
WOW BEANIE - what a great starthi5.gif And that's a great idea paying for 8 up front.
Brilliant loss from you too dmv, and Hannacheerleader3.gif(and a fantastic milestone:T )
Loads of good results coming in:granny yay.gifyou're welcome:D , jane, kpc, petcorner, andy, fredsnail, cat, uropa and a good sts seren after some celebrations:T .
May I add my -1lb off please raph, to the pile:D .

Feeling better today thanks folks and made it to my mosaic class this morning.
Sary, I too was suprised at the term, '1300 = high calorie'. Hope the other's advice rings bells for you. I can certainly back up the very interested time missy had last summer that seemed to totally prove where she is coming from: the less she ate and the more exercise she did the more she sts or put on.
Victory - another lovely post yesterday full of you feeling happy. You've had some hard times and it is lovely to see you enjoying some simple good ones.

Granny -that's sounds exciting - the hope of reitring next year, for one so young. Any plans to do a lois?? Lovely to hear how your DH has taken on the domestic role so well. Has he completed his project or is that a really long term thing (can't remember all the details but he was going to look at buildings of certain architecture/listing..?)
Glad to hear doorstep deli going well kpc - is your business growing in the current climate or sts? Also, you're doing very well with the exercise. And how brill to see it positively affecting your shape:T .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well done on all the losses folks!

Got my docs in 30minutes, dreading it actually because they always weigh me and I've eaten heavy weighing food today + drink + heavy clothes - What's the chances they'll let me strip off first? Haha.

They give me those Xenical tablets, IE poopy pills, they don't really do much, except help me not get faecal impaction haha, but you are supposed to loose X amount with them. Last time I was there was 6/7weeks ago and weighed 13st 1lb on their scales (clothes add 2 pounds!) and my scales right now show 12st 7lbs (naked and 1st thing in the morning) so that's a good loss in that space of time but I bet i'm 4lbs heavier on their scales, it succccccks

Good news though, I am officially a size 14 (on the top) still a 16 on the bottom, so I must be loosing inches even though my weight isn't falling off.

I bought a size 16 shirt from peacocks, and it's too big! Even with a vest underneath, and I tumble dryed it. So, good boost!

Best go arrange my blood tests too. Fun day!

Think me and DD will have a walk to morrisons afterwards, get something for tea, maybe a cooked chicken with some coleslaw and salad. Yum yum.

    Have a good day folks!

Where did i miss that my granny is going to RETIRE!! how exciting. Im starting as youre finishing, bit depressing there :p

You do realise granny that you'll have to start playing bowls now soon! :p Although my weirdo 35 year old brother plays it with my mum and dad...

I went to visit the flat at the back of us with a space, its alot brighter and nicer than ours...but it does have smaller bedrooms and a smaller kitchen, but its overall size is bigger! Its all peaks and troffs isnt it!!

Thanks Hannah, KatiePC, Missy, Marion, BB for the wise words. It is an odd one isn't it? You're told that to lose weight it's a simple equation of eat less, be more active. So, that's what I've been doing. Clearly it's not quite that simple. I will give myself a week of eating a bit more, whilst still trying to limit my carbs, which act as a trigger to crave eating more. I like the fact that I'm now being more active, and not just relying on the Wii for fitness. I have the house move coming up, so that's going to be lots more lifting, fetching, carrying ahead of me for the next few weeks.

OH had a meeting at work today, and it's on the cards he may be about to lose his job. Not much we can do about it, except prepare for the worst case scenario. He loves his job, his customers really like him, but he's based 100 miles from his offices, and they want to have everything locally based now, which would mean him going there for 7am, back for 4pm, then driving home again. It's not practical on time or money for him to commute, plus I'd worry about the safety as he'd be up at 5am to drive to work, to drive for another 8hrs, then back to the depot, to drive another 2hrs home! We'll know more next week. His answer was to say if he gets made redundant, I'll be moving in the next day, just to get it all sorted. He's a fairly laid back guy, thank goodness, so he's not panicking.

Well done on the losses - it really has been a bumper week this week, and too many of you for me to remember and name you all! :T :T
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Vixarooni --- you cheeky child! I am not going to take up bowls. Retirement next year is a plan rather than a definite, but it's keeping me going just thinking about it.

Stars for you too Hannah - and for everyone else who needs or deserves one.

So glad you're feeling well enough to post agiain, BB. Mr Granny's project of visiting buidlings will, I hope, never finish. It means I get the house to myself sometimes.
