Today is weigh in for me too at class, I haven't jumped on my scales this morning yet so I don't know what to expect.
Stuck to plan completely yesterday so was really happy with that although I only had 1100 cals (should be having 1500) but I just didn't have any snacks yesterday as we were out at class in the morning back home for lunch into town for the afternoon then back for tea, then out for exercise class again.
Todays plan is
Milk allowance
b - 40g spec k
L - spag bol
T - not sure will have to see what meat Tescos have on offer
exercise - 2 x RC classes & 30 mins wii fit free step (got up to 3497 steps last night that is my highest so far! yay)
BB hope you are feeling better today hun x
Have a good day everyone xxxFollowing :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
som harvester is fine for lunch because if you fill up on the salad bar without the crutons and the heavy sauces (plain salad, beetroot etc it all fills you up, go easy on the laden coleslaw, if you have a bread roll have wholemeal and just one) have fish plain and no dessert or if you have to fruit it is all good healthy stuff and for lunch you need less than dinner and yes sary I am a huge subway fan:D because they are low in fats, freshly made, low in cals I know how many WW points each one is, I always have the turkey with no cheese, toasted with heaps of salad (all of it but not black olives and sweetcorn) silly trick but let them put loads of jalepinos in, that soon takes the hunger away when the heat kicks in the mouth:rotfl: :rotfl: the lean ham also, don't go for the meatball ones or the meat feast type of ones (on the napkins it tells you the cals, fats, etc for each subway) lovely fresh healthy lunch that keeps you full until dinner:D
Victory I used to work for Harvester as a manager so am fully aware of what goes into each meal (unfortunatley in some cases), all I can say is as yummy as BBQ sauce is the amount of sugar in it is unnatural! After eating Harvester for so many years I find it all very boring wich is why I sometimes and up being very naughty when I go there. Am gonna try go for one of the low fat subs but need to see what MIL wants as its her treat.
Started the day with another 30 min step, gonna try get another session in this afternoon too. Had Coffee and cereal so far, has any one else tried Honey Waffles? there very yummy and not too unhealthy (well they have lots of wholegrain, vits & mins) although am not sure if 9g sugar per 30g is great...eek!Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Quick hello before I crack on with the day.
Weigh in this morning was a damp squib. The 1lb I lost last week is back on, so it's a STS for me this week. Grrr. I can't really see where I am going wrong at the mo, which makes it rather demoralising. I'm physically active, doing some rather heavy work too for hours at a time, so to see no loss, and knowing I'm fighting food cravings, and even feeling a bit hungry some evenings. So a big harrumph from me!
The only changes I can see looking back through my foodfocus logs is that I've been having nimble bread to give myself a bit of a treat, as I do miss bread, so wonder if having carbs has affected things? Yesterday was a high cal day at just over 1300, but I was physically active for 6 hours!
Anyway, I'll plod on and hope next week is different, and this week is a blip.
Well done to all you lucky losers! There have been some fab results this week. I've not met this month's target, so will try much harder next month.
I'm back off out into my ruddy shed now! :-DOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Sary - being active for 6 hours on only 1300 calories would have me flat on my back! Is it possible you are not eating enough? If the body is not getting enough calories it goes into starvation mode and hangs on to everything it does get. I know at slimming world we are always told that the more you eat - the more you lose!
Sorry if this offends:o

Could this be the problem Sary? You would have burnt more than 1300 cals from 6 hours of activity, which left your body in "negative energy" - this always makes me gain weight or STS.
I spent most of last summer on 1200/day cal intake and doing loads of exercise. I'd maintain overall but there would often be gains  As the longer term peeps on here know, it took me a very long time to be able to break out of this - my BMR had become artificially low. Any attempt to increase calories slightly resulted in immediate huge gains. I thought it was "just the way I was"...
It is still normal for me to see a gain of 1lb or so the day after I've eaten too little for the activity I've done. This is usually when the activity requires more fuel intake than I can physically stomach in one day - I haven't found an answer to this yet!
Don't know if that helps at all - you know your body better than anyone - but it's the first thing I think of when I see someone being very active on a small calorie intake0 -

Hi all some great losses coming in. Im happy to report a 3lb loss so am very happy. Feel awful today though as have had very little sleep this past week (only 4 hours last night). I dont drink any hot drinks and rarely drink fizzy stuff, and never touch caffeine. However, felt so rough this morning that stopped at tesco's on my way to uni to get some sugar free red bulls to wake me up! Had it with a tracker and whilst it temporarily perked me up, it also made me feel quite sick! No doubt will need to open the ones in the fridge later to keep me going until a respectable time this evening when I can crash! Am about to have a big bowl of "heavy" cereal for lunch as I fancy it, and then bacon, potato and onion bake for dinner which OH goes mad for! Have a good day all.0
