Managed to totally avoid office biscuit tin today, having breakfast is definitely the key. And am now snacking on raw veg and maybe sugar free jelly tho those are really for my pack up.

Somnium - our Victory is a big fan of the low fat Subway subs, so if they're good enough for her, they should be good enough for us!

BB - sorry you're feeling under the weather today. Well done for you not comfort eating, despite feeling carp.

Buttons - good luck at the doctors!

Well, I don't mind admitting I am completely shattered this evening! I've been out in that (bl00dy) shed nearly all day putting the insulation in & nailing the plywood sheets up. I know, it sounds a bit OTT, but we let the kids use the shed as an extra play space, well that was the initial plan, but once there's power out there, it's a great space. So, my poor hands are really sore from lifting/carrying - I think I still get a bit of RSI in there from years back - and are now cut to bits and filled with splinters. Why do splinters hurt so much when they look so small? I've got more of the same tomorrow - joyous! That should be it done then, and then at the end of the week I can start moving my stuff out of my house to store in the shed initially - yay!:rotfl: :j :T

My eating plan was a bit off piste, but I have been very active, and was genuinely feeling very hungry most of the day. I also think the fibreglass insulation makes me feel really !!!!, gets up my nose, etc. and it feels like the onset of a new cold, but hopefully it'll pass. I meant to get one of those face masks from the builders' merchant, but forgot. doh!

    B - 2 crumpets & 1 bread roll
    Snack - 2 mini hot x buns
    Lunch - chunky beef soup
    Snack - oat biscuits x 2
Dinner - 3 quorn sausages 1 quorn fillet, peas & handful of chunky oven fries

That all worked out at 1332 cals, but I've burned that aplenty today.

Weigh in tomorrow, fingers crossed, but I'm feeling bloated this evening, so who knows?
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

You poor thing :( How are the arm and knee now? Not surprised you had a bit of a shock. I'm glad it wasn't any worse, and I hope it hasn't put you off too much. I wish we had a better cycle network in this country and more traffic-free options.
Me too! I would go out much more often! Arm and knee are ok, arm still aching a bit but nothing too bad. Knee just has a bit of a scrape. It didn't put me off since I HAD to get back on, as it was the only way home. I was ok though, just a bit shaken up.
Well done granny on your loss :j and everyone else who has lost or sts!

Hmmmm...feeling a bit yukky now after all the crappy food I've eaten, and I have drank barely no water either. My goodness, someone kick me up the bum!! I am going to tesco at 10pm when andy gets back from footie, and I am buying lots of salad things in to keep me going through the week. Why can I not have a FULL week on being good??? som harvester is fine for lunch because if you fill up on the salad bar without the crutons and the heavy sauces (plain salad, beetroot etc it all fills you up, go easy on the laden coleslaw, if you have a bread roll have wholemeal and just one) have fish plain and no dessert or if you have to fruit it is all good healthy stuff and for lunch you need less than dinner and yes sary I am a huge subway fan:D because they are low in fats, freshly made, low in cals I know how many WW points each one is, I always have the turkey with no cheese, toasted with heaps of salad (all of it but not black olives and sweetcorn) silly trick but let them put loads of jalepinos in, that soon takes the hunger away when the heat kicks in the mouth:rotfl: :rotfl: the lean ham also, don't go for the meatball ones or the meat feast type of ones (on the napkins it tells you the cals, fats, etc for each subway) lovely fresh healthy lunch that keeps you full until dinner:D

reporting 1.8kg off without trying that hard so glad to see that last weeks blip is being rectified.

jane your clas sounds fab! you must tell us all about it when you've done it.

    well yesterdays plan was
    cocopops, milk and oj
special k chocolate, milk and oj
    cup soup
vegeburgers, rice, sweetcorn and tom juice

    and i had
    cocopops, milk and oj
special k chocolate, milk and oj
cup soup, small piece of cheese
vegeburgers, rice, sweetcorn, ketchup and tom juice

really pleased that i stuck to plan. Today is going to be a little harder - we're going to oh mum and dads and have no idea what the food will be. It'll also be later than usual, and i seem to have left my lunchbox at work so can;'t take my cereal. So, going to hit the supermarket on th way in

    cn cornflakes, milk, oj
    sushi, fruit bowl
    cup soup
    ??

great losses comeing in everyone! PS raph, hoep it is nice things that are keeping you too busy for the board.
