Oh and that recipe is done in a pan also, more stock probably needed to stop it sticking. Its all done within 30 minutes and is relatively little work, so my idea of a quick meal that actually works out quite cheap for us.

Well that low carb diet is out the window hahaha, i forgot how restrictive that diet is, so sod it, probably wouldn't be good for my hairloss anyways.

So just had a piece of steak pie, with a handful of wedges and lots of salad, mmmm, i love avacado, it really is the besssssst "fruit" Doesn't taste like a fruit, and I'd class it as a veg!

Had a busy day today, took my sister to her interview at college as my mum "couldn't be bothered:rolleyes:" Had to be out of the house by 8am, and I didn't get to bed until 5am cause of OH's snoring, so needless to say, I'm pretty tired!

Had a Mcdonalds - Oops! Was a Happy meal though so at least It wasn't a bacon double cheeseburger, I'm learning :p

Also stocked up on vitamins and other stuff for healthyness and hopefully hair regrowth, so now I'm taking

norweigian sea kelp - twice a day
    1 silicea
    B vitamin complex thingy
    Cod liver oil

I'll add iron in if I need it, got the doctors tomorrow, so he will arrange a blood test. I probably don't eat enough protein though, and that's essential for healthy hair growth. As you can probably tell I'm pretty obsessive about this now, which probably isn't good for my stress levels, catch 22 :rotfl:

Also treated myself to some make up, maybelleine, was on offer, I have a benefit foundation which looked FAB when the make up counter woman in boots put it on but I look like I've been tangoed when I do it. I am sooooooo clueless.

Hope everyone has had a good day ;)

Am sticking to plan dispite desire to consume loads of junk today, due to feeling carp, but I won't be:A .
Sure I'll be perkier again tomorrow. Hopefully very perky after weigh in:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

If I'm sensible how much can I realistically expect to loose by July 11th?

    Hi Looby Loo

Not sure if anyone else has answered this yet.

There are 16 weeks until July 11th, so, for sensible weight loss I would suggest 1lb to 2lb per week. This would mean you could lose between 1 and 2 stone between now and then.

I followed the Rosemary Conley diet and consistently lost 1-2lb every week, but I was very committed and did not 'cheat'.

Missy Woweee you have been a busy bee again! Did u get chance to read about my bike crash??

You poor thing :( How are the arm and knee now? Not surprised you had a bit of a shock. I'm glad it wasn't any worse, and I hope it hasn't put you off too much. I wish we had a better cycle network in this country and more traffic-free options.

Looby-loo I'd agree with FFM's post about sensible & realistic weight loss of 1-2lb per week. I also lost my weight at this rate and like FFM, I stuck strictly to plan.

BB - hope you feel much better tomorrow :(

Have they stopped doing the really big jars of Marmite, does anyone know?!

Well started the day off well with 30 min of step on the wii, todays meals went as planned..

Breakfast - 4 crumpets with a light spread of margerine (would normally only have 2 but were going out of date, coffee.
Lunch - Left over turkey stir fry, sugar free jelly, 2 satsumas and a banana. Dried apricots and Tropicana go fruit juice.
Afternoon tea break - coffee and 3 oreo cookies
Dinner - Birds eye healthy option sweet and sour chicken with rice, muller little stars jelly :D

So apart from the oreos (BF brought them to work as a treat and I couldn't resist altho there were 6 in the pack so a little resistance there lol) which weren't on the plan today not bad.

Sofa surfing atm, for a change have the TV to myself :D

Off to help the MIL do her food shop tomorrow, she normally buys me lunch as a thankyou normally harvester which ends up with me being naughty, might suggest the new Subway and try one of their low fat subs, any one else tried these?
Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpuls
