Too true.
Any parent that does this to lever money or belongings from an ex, is a worse person than they are trying to blackmail.

which is what i had from the ex and the csa with the lies and fraud.

She dragged you through the courts for access costing you a pretty penny no doubt and then when she has decided she has had enough of her £5pw, she tells you so and you whip your cheque book out. Sounds like she has been/will continue to call the shots

same old drivel i see.

for starters, i dragged HER through court and went LIP, so costs were minimal.

and the flamings the judge gave her over her ways and actions, and her attitude reversal since are worth a whole lot more than the £175 i paid to file it. plus daughter benefits from a heap of extra contact.

secondly, she admitted that she only used the CSA to "destroy me", so she failed spectacularly there then, didn't she? it took 3 years sat stewing on a fiver a week to realise those fascists weren't gonna beat me though.

i'll go back to ignoring you now. muppet.

failed relationship? i was just a sperm donor who decided not to do "the off".

still, i do feel quite sorry for the new fella, he's now on the recieving end of the carp i've had off her for the last 8 years, now that he's got a kid with her.

and from what i've heard, it wont be long before he's asking me about csa issues.;)

Our PWC was on benefits and not claiming the 'cash' maintenance money my hubs was giving her, this is many years ago. I told hubs to stop being naive as PWC was threatening CSA, so we started purchasing postal orders, kept receipts, wrote on for child support for childrens names etc etc. That is when PWC stopped access, she would only let hubs see DD in her home, not allowed to take child out, incase DD met her step-sibling etc. Started legal route, but what did PWC do? Hubs went to drop off Easter eggs one weekend, no answer at PWC house, no curtains etc, neighbour told hubs she had moved out few days before!!!!!!! Shocking behaviour!!!!!!!

PWC then changed her name, moved areas, she plagued us via nasty letters phone calls etc, won't go into it, but even Police had problem tracing her, it took many years til we knew where she lived, although she harrassed us for many years, and now we have injunction.

Sad thing is hubs missed out on his children, why because the PWC was so bitter, my hubs has always paid for his children, but the access was a carrot dangled never to be achieved, I do not undrestand why any mother would deprive her children of the love of their father, whilst I know it can be hurtful initially after a split, surely the children are the important ones, those DD have missed out on their fathers love, support, even things like meeting/getting to know their half-siblings, just makes me sad. We hope one day they will find him, and realise how manipulative and awful their mother has been toward us.

PWC even told Tribunal that NRP had never bothered getting in touch regarding access, we had proof from solicitor that when she moved, we tried everything to trace her, her mother refused, said ahe didn't know where the PWC lived!! Unbelieveable, we just eventually realised some people never change, and we on hiding to nowhere with this despicable PWC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, know not all PWC like that and no offence meant, I am a NRPP and also a PWC , and her behaviour is/was a disgrace to any loving parent, the children at no point were considered in this, she tried to hurt hubs by stopping access, in long run, dare say it is him and the children she has affected, not acceptable in my book, children are to be cherished, and cannot be loved too much, or by too many people, an extended family, may have been hard at 1st, but hurdles could have been overcome, just never know as we never had the chance
