Don't worry Annibee, I agree with you completely, my case has been open since March 2006, and I've had so many problems, it's a long list! lol.

  • Know the feeling well. Don't worry I'm not getting too over excited about the balliffs anyway. The CSA told me the balliffs have up to 90 days to try and gain something from my ex but as I haven't had any money for so long, 90 days seems like a walk in the park! I won't hold my breath!! Good luck all!
  • Just wanted to say i'm with you all on this one, the CSA have been trying to prise maintenance out of my daughters father since April 2004. All the court cases, baillifs etc have happened and a warrant put out for his arrest , all unsuccessful although he hasn't moved house and still drives the same car. Good luck to anyone who has need of the CSA.

finally we got somewhere, had a call from the csa on monday and they said a payment has finally come up on the system. She explained that because of the size of the company, they send all the Csa payments together, and then the csa is left to allocate, which is one of the many reasons why it took so long. All great you may think.... my ex has just been given his notice. So here we go again lol

  • Is that his word or theirs? Don't believe it until you have evidence, and ask them to do a 720 tax trace to find out where he's working if he moves, and they can't find him on benefits.

Also, push for another DEO, they will not apply it to a new post automatically.
