I can do that or stick to my guns and say that I saw the ad but didn't keep it as that wasn't one of the conditions.....

Techie stuff aside, Dell training is very thorough, salaries are quite attractive, working environment good, thus Customer Service as a result is of a very high standard.

I've decided to buy one instead of an Ipod - if that makes any sense!
