hi all. my 2 laptops came today, absolutely thrilled with them, need more ram definitely, battery upgrade well worth it, but it comes with too much junk preinstalled, so i have tried installing a fresh copy of xp, but it isnt letting me , i keep having a problem with a blue screen coming up, saying if this is the first time you are seeing this screen, restart, if not, it mayvbe a driver problem, anyone got a way around this? and suggestions more than gratefully appreciated.

    thanks in advance.

  • I've sent an email this afternoon with the spec on that I'd asked for (upgraded battery and screen), and been given a booking reference number. I emailed back this afternoon confirming that all was correct and that I am happy to proceed with the order but as yet have heard nothing back. Do you reckon I'll still get it?
