ive not long got back from work and caught up ... sorry to hear about your OH AM fingers crossed your ok...
where as i feel like poop work was annoying, boring and gave me a headache and someone who i thought was a friend just out right ignored me ... i feel just low ... was only 11 weeks or so til ML cant blooming wait x

Sounds like a lot of poo days have been going around so ((hugs)) and get yourself some ice cream ladies!

I had to go and pick up DS from nursery today he has been throwing up. So that's OH pooing and DS being sick! Great. I need to move out for a few days so I don't catch these bugs!

Molly I have that soap dispenser in my kitchen!!! Got it from JL though And you're right they're FAB and if I could afford more I'd have them in all the bathrooms too but we have 3 toilets (why... WHY???? It's a TINY 3 bed semi, why would we need 3 toilets????) so would be £75 for 3 of them

To you ladies who are worried about your weight ~ don't be!

There's sod all you can do about it now, so I don't know why at appointments it keeps getting mentioned, it's not like overweight ladies don't know they are overweight is it, and what do they expect you to do ~ eat a lettuce leaf and do 400 squats every day?!

My BMI was 30 at my booking in appointment and I was asked if I wanted referring to a dietician for it. I said No. (I know I eat !!!!!! !!!!!!, I don't need anyone to tell me what to eat and we'd just been on holiday so I overindulged to the max ).

I was also asked if I wanted some support with giving up smoking. I said Yes. To this day I haven't heard a thing! (Someone was supposed to ring me about meetings but they never did)

Guess which is mentioned to me at most appointments and guess which has never been mentioned since??

Even on my notes it says 'refused dietician', but it doesn't say anything about my smoking ~ how crazy is that?!

BTW, I did just stop myself early on because it made me sick when I had MS, but IMO, they are more concerned about having a bit of lard on you than smoking!

BMI is a pile of crap IMO and means naff all.

Well done on giving up smoking Shell, I gave up with Aimee and found it far too easy... Until she was 4 months old and then I started getting cravings... I never understood that! But you're right... There's women crowded round the doorway to the antenatal unit choking all of us with their smoke, but I bet they don't get 14 different refferals because of it!

Well I finally caught up too - man you lot chat a lot lol

Had a poo day too - was supposed to go in for meetings today to start handover of the biggest account - sent mail last week saying that we needed to do it TODAY. Apparently someone was supposed to let me know that they were on annual leave and it would have to be tomorrow (at which point I'd have pointed out it would be too late, the documents I was going to show them how to put together are due end of business tomorrow for meeting on thursday... that is NOT enough time to check them all and verify the data!) - but no-one contacted me... so I was sat on my own in the office today... and will now have to go in again tomorrow and my hips and back are killing me after just ONE day
Have booked day off on wednesday so at least I can rest then

Must dash - DH home and we're going to look at a new fridge/freezer
