A couple of quick questions for you...

How do you know if baby has hiccups? I presume mine hasn't had them yet as I haven't felt anything that I think could be hiccups, but I was just wondering.

Also, I don't have one of those body pillows (is that what they're called) but am starting to think I might need one. I have had a bad cold the past few days and can only get to sleep on my right hand side (I know I should be sleeping on my left side but I just can't get to sleep like that at the moment). I sleep with with legs on top of each other (hope that makes sense) and I'm waking up with my bottom leg aching quite a lot each day. I've tried to sleep with my legs next to each other but they don't stay like that whilst I'm asleep and don't know if it would make a difference anyway. Do you think it's because of the weight of my bump (I'm 23wks)? I have always slept on my side and have never had this before. The aching goes after I've been up a while but if it wakes me up in the night, it takes quite a while to go back to sleep so was wondering if maybe some form of pillow to go under my bump/between my legs would help. I know some of you have the full length pillows and I've also seen those wedge pillows, but not sure what would be best. I have a V shaped pillow but don't think that would be much use. I'm also getting upper back ache some times which is pretty painful, but that is in the day rather than in bed. Laying in bed eases that a bit.

Yup, sneezing hurts me too! Around the bottom and sides of my bump.. like everything tightens up but doesn't release again afterwards :(

Feelie, just being nebby, what icecream did the Tesco man deliver today? :D

Ben and Jerry's Half baked. Chocolate and vanilla icreaceam with cookie dough and brownie pieces! And some donuts and cookies. And chocolate tarte. And trifle. And creme caramel.

I did get a few pieces of chicken, bread and potato, but it was mainly nice things :rotfl:

Its no wonder my BMI is so high!

Sorry, they weren't really "quick" questions were they? :D

What you need is a punnet of strawberries or a tin of mandarin segment for garnishing.. makes 'em healthy then, you see! ;)

Another question (sorry, on a roll tonight!)...would you eat out of date food whilst you're pregnant? I've got some yoghurts that are out of date today but as my food shop isn't being delivered until Wed eve, I want to take one for lunch tomorrow and one on Wed too.

It goes without saying that I won't eat them if they look or smell funny when I open them, but would you eat them even if you thought they were OK or would you stay well away? I probably should just throw them but then I think "well, it's not like they go off on the stroke of midnight".

I just ate my half a tub of Half baked washed down with an ice cold glass of orangina light(!). Beanie is now bouncing off the walls in there.

I also added Mr Kipling mini victoria sponges, some Aeros, Mcoys salt and vinegar crisps and 2 packets of haribo to my shopping this evening. Actually when I say added to my my shopping, that was actually all I bought. Shop assistant must of thought no wonder she looks pregnant with all that junk!!

I have finally decided to not ask the sex tomorrow, though that doesnt mean I wont change my mind again tomorrow :o

Baby hiccups, I think its the pattern that gives it away. Every few seconds you feel baby give like a mini jump if that makes sense and its rhythmic(sp).

I think I should invest in one of the pregnancy pillows as im so uncomfortable when trying to sleep. I always sleep on my belly, which is now out of the question, so im also sleeping with one leg on top of the other. Its never painful just doesn't feel right and I end up tossing and turning.

I should probably enjoy that at least I can toss and turn because if I remember rightly, tossing and turning soon becomes impossible as the baby gets heavier lol.
