hope the half arsed sweep works for you! what is it actually like? will i be able to drive after or is it best to get OH to come with me?

It's not comfortable and after the one last Wed I was in discomfort for a while but it doesn't 'hurt' as such (although it may do if your cervix is within better reach). You shouldn't have a problem driving TBH.

I didn't realise that we could say arsed :D

    arsed, arsed, arsed

    That feels good :D

My MW said 24 hours...the clock is ticking!
I have taken my hubby to every appointment apart from 1 - he reminds me what I need to tell the MW and then reminds me what she has said afterwards!!

emlou, a couple of people have said they started getting twinges right after the sweep and kept active and it bought on labour.. But I suppose that depends how imminent labour is when you have the sweep...

My braxton hicks are getting ever so uncomfortable now... Must be because the baby is getting bigger, think it's getting pushed down when everything goes tight...

Well just spoke to him, and hopefully he's not getting laid off till the end of April, so at least we get a bit more time.
