No probs at all, know that feeling, got 2 starting on the 1st as well, and was trying to play catch up, sods law both are online based.

What course are you doing? x
Bookkeeping. :) I guess my username should be mom2two. Brain has long since gone. Ditto career. So I'm hoping a little studying will get things back on track and give me some options for when my kids are older. If nothing else it is a new, all "me" interest. If that makes sense!

I know that feeling, I've got level 2 that finishes in June with an exam, and these 2 start, thou managed to get 2 weeks done of the one, BU130, its so boring....

Good luck with the book keeping, it might sound daft, it may say an average of 12 hrs a week, or section, but don't worry if parts take longer, somewhere else your fly through and wonder what when wrong.

    Your be fine, xx

    Hi

Is anyone doing the DD307 course, Social Psychology? It's my first level 3 course and I'm finding it hard going.

I did this 3 years ago. What are you finding tricky?

    Hi Zziggi

Thanks for your reply. I think I have got used to the scientific experimental method of research and need to change my way of thinking into qualitative. I am trying to sort out my project proposal using the discursive approach. At the moment there just seems to be so much to learn and understand. I have just got this course and DD303 next year, hopefully, and then that's it for my degree. Sounds easy doesn't it.

Just wondered if any of you have been to OU graduation ceremonies and wondered if you could recommend a venue?

I've been to one at Ely and that was v. nice & special. Problem is, its so popular and not nearby. Just wondered if any other venues are just as special?

Quite fancied going to the one in Paris - has anyone been?

Has anyone studied K272 and still got their course calender? Trying to work out if I can run it alongside another course as my time is really limited and I don't want to commit to too much

I graduated in Glasgow Concert Hall - it was okay. Two of my fellow students went to Paris - they said it was tremendous, well worth it and both turned it into a family weekend.

    (Congratulations! :T)

Thanks for that. I was hoping someone could tell me that Paris was really special :-)
