BOSUN 2000
I bought, what a pile of crap it is. Its not a steam generator, the big can it sits on is just a water container which pumps the water into your iron basically making it an iron which can hold more liquid. When i tried to use it loads of water was streaming out of it as there was too much water coming through it ansd it wasnt turning into steam quick enough and made all of the clothes we were trying to iron sopping wet. Also when we sent it back we had to pay for the return postage which we wont get back which came to £7.20 by standard parcels and we wiont get the original postage back either which was £5.99.

I have found that if you wait until the Aldi steam unit is thoroughly heated up, it works absolutely fine. On the one occasion I was impatient, I too got water drips, but I have now got used to turning it on and then going off to do something for 8 minutes (!!!) and I find it works perfectly. I am very pleased with it. Also don't forget to control the amount of steam according to your needs and if garments or ironing board cover are becoming too damp, take advantage of the shot of steam button while using the dry iron or when the steam is on the minimum setting.0
