Good morning
Teens on half term but I'm still at work, will leave shortly, at least it's only part time. Will put wm on before I go so teens can put it on the line when done.
Weekend another wash out, I really must plan better. Now teens are self sufficient I find it hard to amuse myself and other friends are busy with their familys on a weekend.
Bought some reduced cauldron sausages yesterday and had them with mash and veg for dinner, very nice. DD was late in so saved her some potato and made cheesey potatoe cakes with salad for her. No sure what to have today, will see who is home and if I pick up anything reduced. If not there is a lot of veg needing using so either pasta bake or bean stew. Have a good day.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

Morning :hello:
I took sleeping tablets for a few nights, hoping they'd re-set my body clock a bit. I had 3 nights of lovely sleep, didn't take one last night and I woke up at 2.45am and I've been awake ever since  My test results should be in today, hopefully I'll get sorted. Mind you, I had the same tests a few years ago and they all came back normal
Our greenhouses are finally in a place that I'm happy withUnfortunately, we've shoved everything else onto the veg patch - which I cleared off and weeded a couple of weeks ago  I still want to make the veg patch bigger and take apart the runs to make chook houses. Do you think we can live off eggs, fruit and veg for the next few months? :rotfl: Imagine how much money we'll save
If it turns out that I'm diabetic, we'll save even more by not buying minstrels
I have tons to do today - I've had an order for as many Easter cards as I can make (might bung in a few Easter-stylee gifts bags too), handwashing, cage cleaning, ironing, paperwork and cake making.
If we have 2 different dailies, this one will probably be moved to the Arms :undecidedBulletproof0 -

Morning all :hello:
What a mess with the jobcentre. I'd been puting off going for a while until we just couldn't keep up with rent and bills. A friend who works there said "you'll be fine, they love it when someone finally comes along who WANTS to work". Well no such luck, I was treated badly, partly for being foreign. Well I have lived and worked here for 3 and a half years, I'm not trying to live off the govt
Lots of cleaning to do today. And I may try baking MrsM's bacon and spinach bread - sounds delicious...
Right, off to see what happened yesterday. Have a good day everyone, big hugs to all :grouphug: (oh gosh what a rude smiley...)

Morning all!
Seem to be pushed for time constantly at the mo, but not achieving much more than usual lol! So sorry if I've missed anything but lots of hugs to all who want or need them!
BM on, wm and td on, yoghurt going, pots washed, kitchen tidied, dog walked, sitting room cleared, just need to hoover and mop and give the utility a damn good scrub.
Kids are off, yippee! No panicking getting everyone off in the mornings!
Breakfast will be toast/cereal.
Lunch - sarnies and fruit
Dinner - spag bol, garlic bread and salad, followed by something fattening when I decide what to bake!
Need to bake some more twinks and some cake and keep the bm going today, got a friend and her two boys coming to stay for the hols, will be lovely to have them and I'm sooooo looking forward to it.
Friend coming round to put up my curtain poles and new blinds this morning, so best get kids up and moving - going to bribe them with a trip to Mr T's to grab High School Musical - apparently only £8 there according to Grabit!

Morning All :j Up a bit later than usual today as it's half term & dh is on nights this week. The boiler has broken  so we have no heating or hot water - guess we'll be using the living room fire & plenty of blankets elsewhere
It'll save gas anyhow!
Not read through yesterday's thread so don't know what happened but this is a lovely board & so warm & friendly.
Today is my general dust & vac through, empty bedroom/bathroom bins & clean bath, sink & loo. Lunch is soup, leek & pot I think, and dinner is sausage casserole which I'll put in the slow cooker in a bit.
(((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))) to all. Tru - hope the test results are ok. Have a good day everyone. Halight - Good luck with the job centre it's so annoying when you are entitled to money and not getting it hope it works out for you all soon.

Morning peeps
:j i`ve found the recovery discs for the laptop :j or rather Mr Sunny hasyesterday it took 40 minutes to boot properly and then i had to reboot as the firewall wouldn`t load properly and it was stuck in a loop.
I`ve never reformatted the lappy and i`ve had it since 2004:eek: so you can just imagine how bad it is:o all the other pc`s got wiped once a year so i`m not bad really - just neglecting this one  i shall spend some time later backing up before making a start and making sure that i`ve got all i need to hand. I know that it will take an age to get it how i want it afterwards but at least we shaould be back to booting in a couple of mins and everything working.
I did manage to read yesterdays thread in dribs and drabs, i won`t comment as that would make it drag on like last time and it will spoil the thread for days so i hope thats that now. I never posted however but i`m back now
I did spend an awful lot of time in the kitchen, i made an apple pie, a potato, onion and cheese pie and 2 medium sized cabbage galletes. I had a bit of a do with the dough for the cabbage thingies as it was like a bowl of slop and i ended up adding lots more flour but they look edible now, i shall maybe try a piece later and see if i have all my teeth left afterwards
Today i feel like "doin nowt" but i shall have to get my arris in gear as i`ve loads to get on with - oh and i`ve joined the facebook group now that i`m slowly working out what to do so as i work out who people are i shall add them. Right ten mins browse and then i shall get the hoover out
Have a good Monday peeps.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0
