Clarabella where do you do daily scratch cards?? Is it online?? Is it worth doing??
Thanks for info v quiet here! all the prep for the return to school post half term I guess!
Hi Furry I do daily scratchcards on the littlewoods bingo site. you have to deposit a tenner tostart you off then once you have won 10p you can withdraw the tenner again and just carry on doing the scratchcards. I have £1.30 in there now  will be able to withdraw it once it gets to a tenner. Hope that helps xx0 -

You have to deposit £10 of your own money, but as soon as you do one scratch card and have that extra 10p in your account you can withdraw your £10 back!there are more st minvers sites, but apparantly if you have to speak to customer services for anything, they realise what you are doing and cancel all of your accounts with them. But def worth it as its quite quick and easy and is free money!and its so much more interesting than the daily clicks!
Thanks for that Clarabella, Littlewoods is St Minvers too and I didnt know you could do it twice on Sundays, have just done another scratch.:T0 -
Welcome home Furrypig!
PLM your photo is lovely! So shush
Ive spent the weekend half heartedly filling in job applications and sorting through my crafting boxes - trying to make a few cards and am just not inspired at all its quite disappointing really - and ive found some pieces I really dont like and have no idea why I bought themLove is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0 -
I know what you mean Phunkles, I have loads of bits in my craft cupboard that I cant think now how I would use them up. I bought a big pack of handmade paper to use for torn teddies and made about ten of them and still have nearly a whole pack left lol.
Dont have many cards to make as I have a box full of them up stairs to use up that I made ages ago, think the next on will be Dad's Fathers day card and then OH's 30th birthday card.0 -
Hi everyone - thank you so much for your help with the party bags - I will defo pay a visit to HB this week to see what I can find and I love the football cello bags I will be ordering those as they will look the part and are a little different.
Will keep on lurking and pinching your ideas - and laughing at what you are all up to - I just love it x:T:xmastree:0 -

PS - WHERE YOU SEE A RANDOM J it is supposed to be a smiley
but MS Word alters them into a J!
Scatty- The book is very like the Oldstyle forum, and great as I prefer to read it as a book rather than bitty tips on the forum. Saying that it is also good for me as I’m just starting out a new home, so lots of general good tips which you probably already know being a super mum and home maker J Scattydad seems to have been reading up on MSE to fix the computer LOL! There is a Lost thread in the arms – its quite good for chatting about episodes, but god help you if you mention a spoiler!
Snickers – no need to lurk, we’re a very nice bunch! Would your sons friends like a “gift in a jar” like “make your own cookies” with all the ingredients in the jar? Not sure what young boys like !!
Mum2one – how is the little hoodie? Has her poorliness calmed down now? Hilarious about the pork scratching!! Very odd about the radio, hate things like that!!
Sylph – Glad your LO slept well-ish J I am a bit confused – why has Mr Sylph been lost to me?? ...edit: ah just read my blog comments – LOL! J
Bunbun2 – hope your son is OK
Goochie – well done for the letter, sometimes just doing ‘something’ no matter how small makes you feel less useless. I am thinking of you.
Furrypig – Glad you are back in one piece. I am SO sorry your family were poorly intermittendly, nothing worse than a stomach bug – I bet you picked it up on the plane in the first place – notorious for illness, I usually come back with manflu !!
Clarabella – hiya! No plans for easter, I need some kids to make an easter egg hunt for!
Mhagster – very organised of you with the wrapping! Can you post a pic?? I am intrigued how people wrap as it is a skill I have never mastered and would love my presents to be wrapped beautifully J
Phunkles – don’t worry about the crafting, that happens to me sometimes, no idea why, but I just lose my inspiration. If you don’t like some bits then eBay!!
Hello to everyone else J
