    Those totals are fab everyone

My main aim today is to do the weekly shop as cheaply as poss. going to netto, then home bargains, then tesco, they are on the same route so I'm not wasting petrol on it. Have meal planned cheap meals and have raked through cupboards. I am going to save on groceries and probs use the money on tea out tonight. Going to see Al Murray tonight at the arena and so dd is sleeping out so we are thinking of treating ourselves to a meal. So if I can save about 40pounds from the grocery shop that can cover tea.

Well done everyone on you huge totals I am really proud of you all and I bet you all feel so much better for having got rid of some junk and done something towards your expenditures.

Jammy I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for all of your hard work and the fun. I couldn't take part this time but I am raring to go for the next.

Scattymam Have an awesome day bargain hunting! I went to see Al Murray about 7 years ago at Oakengates theatre and he was VERY funny, much more funnier than on television. I hope you have a wonderful evening xx

No way, well done to YOU, I did nuffin!! :) I will be doing a similar challenge in the run up to xmas, a longer one, but it is no fun if you do it all the time, as you don't make as much effort I think. If you just have a short period it makes you work harder :)
I haven't thought of a money neutral challenge for May yet oops! Will get my thinking cap on...

    Forgive me thrifty girls for I have sinned ! ! ! !

Chocky would be so proud of me for spending money on things I probably won't use :rotfl:

OH and I had to go out, we took a long way home to go via sainsburys to pick something up, I noticed signs for boundary mill store and said ooooh they are a do crafts stockist ... so we went in ... I could have spent hours in there with all the pretty things ... loads of reduced things aswell!

I was well behaved though .... I spent £10 something and have a papermania black and white ebellishment kit, 3 different packs of ribbons, a smirk(I think) stamp (was only 99p!) some ink reduced, do crafts magazine and some double sided tape :D

Also the post delivered my order from craft warehouse so I have scallop 12x12 and also scallop cards ;)

Hope everyone is having a fab day!
