I think I will book 2 rooms next to each other, if this is possible. If not, I will sneak in the the smallest child while my other 2 cause a diversion
It's just a shame they dont have rooms large enough for most families.I intend to live forever - so far so good! :j0 -
Too bad NOTHING me and the OH want
Still good on the OP for letting people know. I got a bargain last time around0 -
Thank you! Managed to get 5 nights in Preston for easter hols for us all
We werent going to get a holiday this year but at that price who could resist - many thanks!0 -
Be wise to Travelodge clever software............. If you try to book the hotel and dates you want you will probably find out there are no £10 nights available. Be more clever,
try 1or 2 days either side of the dates you want and a travelodge near to where you want to stay, and never try for more than one night. I tried for 5 nights and every room disappeared from site.0 -

would back that, just book for 1 night at a time, if anyone has more they will show, if not you wont see the single ones.
An example would be something like burton northbound and southbound, that way you can see what has what, and move to the other hotel if need be to get it in the same area.0 -
Three Children--me too !
Last year we booked £10 deal and I carried DS in my arms and booked a cot for him and they didnt say anything but now he is 3 it seems it might not be so good I'm not sure. Usually the person on the desk isn't bothering what you are doing anyway but I suppose if you stay more than 1/2 nights they might notice.
As above -only ask for 1 night and put them one at a time in your basket. The travelodge takes you at your word and searches for a block of 5 /4/6/nights and only shows that availability.0 -
If you sign up to Travelodge for regular e-mails you seem to get better results on the 'availability' of bargain rooms. One near Luton airport was not available on the general site but was on the e-mail site.0

We always book just 1 room for 5 of us (youngest is 2). We tell staff when we book in & they've always been really good asking if we want a cot or more bedding, etc. I did ring up once & ask about it & was told it's for fire regs but if we were happy all sharing then fine. I think they would only bother if a load of adults piled into one room & not if it's a small 3rd child.0

I've stayed at London Battersea and Thurrock M25.
London Battersea was SOOOOOOO much better than expected. Nice, clean, tidy. And secure parking, although you have to pay for it, is certainly worth it.
Thurrock M25 on the other hand, it's in a service area, so to be expected I suppose, but the parking is horrible, insecure, etc, and the room certainly wasn't as nice as Battersea. It was also noisier, and to make our experience worse, the boiler wasn't working.
To add to that, we were promised a refund, and after 3 emails to the customer service desk (we are not ALLOWED to speak to anyone about it), still nothing has happened!
Dont get me wrong though, it wouldn't stop me using Travelodge, as £10 rooms are excellent value for money!0
