I had made a booking for the Newbury lodge in March, with the intention of going to Legoland, unfortunately I can't go now, has anyone any experience of selling these on ebay? Is it going to be ok for the person who wins it (if it sells) to just use my confirmation number?

Hi Does anyone know the answer to this? I also need to cancel two nights in Edinburgh due to work commitments.

Can anyone who has stayed in a travel lodge confirm whether they just ask for name and confirmation number or do they ask for your credit card(paid in advance)? THanks

There are still quite a few available but not a lot of choice. Go to the super saver search page, select "I do not have a date in mind" then click "Find a Supersaver room". On the next page select "view all of our hotels" and there you go.

    Happy hunting.

PS. My work colleague reckons that they add further deals late on Fridays. He says that if you check early on a Saturday morning there are loads but they disappear quite quickly. I do not know if this is true.

I am just back from Liverpool travelodge

I gave them a print out copy of my reservation and they asked me to confirm my address once holding the bit of paper and that was it.

They just looked at our 'reservation confirmation' print out and then checked on their bookings. Thanked us very much for the reservation and allocated our room. I seem to think they asked if we held Britsh passports?

    Friendly good staff.

  • I have just booked and paid for 2 nights on 22nd December 2006 to allow me to see family and friends before christmas.

I was very suprised they went that far ahead so it's worth looking regularly.

    Total: £20 :j
