I agree, we stayed at Docklands between Christmas and New Year, the staff were great, and the food in the cafe/restaurant wasn't bad either, the price was pretty good too. Parking was very secure. Rooms were nice.GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
so what's still available? any ideas?Use your judgement, and above all, be honest with yourself.

Havent been to preston before but chose it as fairly central to loads of places including Blackpool, Liverpool etc
Pulled it up on Autoroute to check for car parks as the travelodge has limited parking and it looks to be really close to shops, train station etc -lots of amenities within walking distance so any tips on decent cheap and cheerful eating places that welcome kids would be much appreciated
