  • No, they won't. In fact, you'll be damn lucky if anybody picks up the phone these days. LOL
Cabot can now kiss my DONKEY. Statute barred is enough of a result, but the actions of the CABOT FAN CLUB have cost them far more than the paltry sums they were chasing us for.
  • Thanks yes I cant believe it was so quick, am waiting on a few more but submitted the WF one after the others ?

Am waiting on FP and BH so fingers crossed x

  • Hi

new to this but saw gmtv and thought i would try. we have 15K loan with welcome but dont know whether to complain as it is a secured one on our home and we have only had for 2 years so still paying back. just worried that they may turn round and demand full amount back. also noticed on reading previous comments that welcome and cattles are in trouble if they go under what happens to payments we make and can they ask for full amount

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hello there.;)

If you were mis sold the PPI, it's up to you if you want to reclaim on this, due to the trouble they are in, maybe if would be best to do this now rather than later, and they do seem to be paying out now as well.

However, you have no worries in regards of them making you pay the whole lot back.
They cannot do this, if this was the case they would have done the same with the many who have already complained and it have not come to that, so please do not worry.;)

If mis sold, you are in your right to reclaim on the PPI and the interest that you have paid.

Check this here for more information below.
You will find useful guidelines of reclaiming, and template letters.

Check out the mis selling reasons as well.

If any of this occurs to you then go for it.

They have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until they issue you with the final response which should also give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to these if your not happy with the outcome.

Best to use recorded delivery as well, for your proof of posting.

Good luck and please ask for help if required and let us know how you get on.
    Cheers.;)
