Its alright for some I have never had a tip in my life! You must be sound if you can make so much in tips. I always tip the drivers on lads days out and even more so if hes up for the laugh.

How long you lived in Skem?

Been in Skem for about 4 years now, originally from Stockport..( a cheshire-ite)
I am pretty flexible with passengers, some take the pi$$ but the majority are brlilliant.
Race days are good as nine times out of 10 they all want a pub stop on way and again on way back, I'm happy to oblige and it pays off :T
Remember one job though where somebody wanted dropping off at home as disabled, me Mr goody goody obliged, ended up down at the bottom of dead end in a 40ft coach, at night having to reverse all the way back out. Not nice :rolleyes:

Im just down the road from you in A-in-M.

Yeah last time I went to Thirsk races we had a good driver. Plenty of toilet stops and a pub stop off so you reward the decent drivers. You do get some who wont even stop to let you even go to the toilet though which is tough.

I take it you managed to get out of the dead end then? Or is the coach still there to this day ;p

hi all

just let you know i recieved my card today with a £500 limt and interest rate of 34% am utterly delighted as i have 5 defaults on my file from 2006 ( never trust a man!!!!!) any way i just wanted to say thanks to you all as i would never have had the courage to apply and try to get my credit rating back to something more realstic with out you all ,,,this site is a life saver

just for information i didn't return the vanquis calls (too scared) but called today and just got the auto vaidation service so haven't spoken to a real vaquis person yet.. will call tomorrow so i can set up DD

anyway this is just to say thanks and keep on trying,,, as martin says there is no debt situation that there can't be a way out of... it just takes time, sacrafice, dedication and the support of the wonderful MSErs!!

Was going to leave it behind but though f**k it, need to get home, quite scary though being under an inch away from parked cars, people looking out of windows thinking !!!!!! is that idiot doing down here.

Yeah for sure keep the customers happy and reap the rewards. Not been to York racetrack for years but York is certainly one of my favourite UK cities to visit. The best pub crawls ever there. Might have to sort a lads weekend away now that I have the idea

Just concentrate now on building rows of green zero's, Vanquis are very good with limit increase so a few months from now your limit should more than double.
Will be a while before your defaults drop off but in the meantime build a positive history then when they do..THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER..Mainstream will beckon once more :beer:
