Well I phoned them and they just said its neither an accept or a decline so I wouldnt have thought so especially as they had already tried to call you.

The hilarious thing about Aqua is that they are owned by HBOS who are the ones who gave me the adverse on my file, so they are willing to give me more credit! :rotfl:

I will be appealing against Aqua because of my apparent 'failed' scoring when I have no CCJ's, defaults, missed payments (in the last 6 months), nor have I ever been declared bankrupt so I am going to appeal their decision and if they dont overturn it, I am going to try them 'remove the search of my file' line, lol

Its the last seach I get in 6 months, I will get the most from it, lol

Let me know how you get on. If you appeal and get it then I might have a go ;p But if you appeal it will probably be the lowest possible limit so im not sure if I will bother grr.

Lowest possible limit but im sure they will increase eventually as long as i use it correctly so im not so fussed 'if' they give me a low limit

I will wait to receive the decline letter first as I received the decision on the phone and the guy said i should really wait to get the decision by post.

I still dont understand how people with worse histories get accepted!!!!

Yes it does seem very random but it is hard to say exactly why someone has been declined so who knows eh.
