Katie that does seem strange. Why would they waste their time when a letter would do. Did they say why you were declined?

What sort of things are on your credit file? Been declined by anyone else?

Oh and may I ask what your capital one limit is. Can you keep us posted what they up it to aswell as I want an idea for mine

Thats wierd, id call again and ask, why call you so much to tell you that you have been declined?

yes Parki my capital one account was opened jan 09 limit is 200 i hope goes up next statement.

I never asked why i was declined by Vanquis because i wasnt suprised they have declined me before .Does seem dodge to me that they say they tried to call when i rang , i hadnt had any missed calls though ???? Ive been in ALL day unless i was on the phone ??
The bloke i spoke to went off the phone for a while come back and said i'd got a letter on way sent 14th , this to me seem odd too because if i had a letter coming why call and where is the letter. not even second post takes this long

Just to update, I got my Vanquis PIN today :beer: Now I can use it for paying for fuel :D
