ive just looked at Experian and Aanquis havent done a search yet so not looking good for me it's nearly 2 weeks now since i applied .:rolleyes:

Think ive gave up on gatting anywhere with these .

I applied to Vanquis on the 6th and was giving up hope but received a call this morning to say i was accepted. Dont give up hope yet!

I just called up Vanquis and they said that as I had to send in address verification, I have to wait a further 7 to 10 days for the details to be uploaded onto the system before they can even process the application

So it looks like it can take up to a month for me to get a decision from Vanquis

And Aqua said no to me too!

When i spoke to the man on the phone this morning he said my card would arrive in 7-10 days and my PIN would be about 7 days after that so over a month for me too.

Hello all

Can anyone explain to me why Vanquis take so long to process payments. If I pay a small amount it takes three days to appear.I paid on Monday by debit card a large amount but it is still in my bank account.

Most probably authorised but not cleared!

Bummer - sorry to hear that Rose. Fingers-crossed with Vanquis, reckon you'll have better luck with them :beer:
