Has your sister got a fella then? I could perhaps take her out and we can be inpatient together ;p

Be lots of love in the air then. When I see you and Brian hitting it off I get very jealous :)

Well, if your attracted to impatient and slightly bossy women, maybe i could arrange something :D. You'll have to submit to her will, she can be quite domineering .

As for me and Brian, well, let's wait and see ;):D

Congratulations on the pregnancy. Im sure the time will fly by. The little one will be out before you know it. I reckon you will have the little one before Vanquis inform me of their decision ;p

    :rotfl:

The only downside to Vanquis is they don't have online banking. In this day and age!. Bloomin' annoying.

It would depend how bossy she is! I dont mind doing me bit and all women are a bit bossy its in their nature but I am very delicate.

I would be very happy to submit to her will and she can dominate me as much as she wants.

Ok I will take her. What do you want for her?

lol - Well, knowing my luck, 18 years from now i'll be chatting to him on this very board, advising him to be patient re his Vanquis/Aqua card application :D. I'll tell him he's as bad as his mum was :rotfl:.

*a shudder runs down bigbum's spine as she realises there's a very distinct possiblility she will still be debt-ridden 18 years from now. An d still chatting on this site*_pale_

    I'll remember that too!

What I want to know is what departments that Vanquis and Aqua refer certain applications to. I should really know this as I work for a bank but its different when you're the customer, lol

Its not what you think at all - basically you failed initial check, which is about right most of us that apply always do. It then goes to manual processing (a less qualified version of an underwriter) who then does a 192 check, address check and credit check. Then they will simply say yes or no. But as 90% of applications always get referred due to their status (if you have good credit it'd be instant accept but then why would you apply with their apr lol?) you find they have a backlog.

That's it - simple explanation, nothing to worry over.
