limitation wrote: »Does this mean i've been accepted? - Yes, You'll receive a phone call from them trying to sell you PPI and probably to confirm a few details, They'll also let you know your APR and possibly your credit limit.
How soon am i likely to receive the call? - Anywhere from today on wards I'd imagine.
When they call, and if i am accepted, will they be able to tell me my credit limit? - I'd of guessed so, Although I was only told my APR when they called me !
Congrats !
Just had my call, got accepted with a 59.9% apr, direct debit set up, ppi eventually refused!, and was offered a cash advance of up to £100, again refused.
Now just have to wait 14 days for the card, and a further 7 days for the pin.
Wasn't told my credit limit, going to be very low i imagine as only offered £100 cash advance, but i expect this will come with the card.
1st step to rebuilding my credit so very pleased.0 -
TCB changed to confirmed today
Im not fussed about credit levels or whatever
I'll be using the card to buy stuff I would have been paying cash for anyway0 -

If you were only offered £100 then you have a £150 limit, they usually take 8+ months to an increase ; ;0 -

Had Vanquis for 18 months with just a £250 limit and never offered an increase. Applied for a new Credit Card at HSBC and been offered a £3250 limit at 16.9%

That will do me for starters, only intended to spend £20 - £30 per month then pay in full each month.
My next challenge is to try for an overdraft on my Lloyds Silver Vantage Account, or upgrade to Gold with a £100 free overdraft. Would have had the account for 6 months next week, so will wait a few weeks before applying.0
