whats the number I can call to find out my balance? I've tried 0871 770 5555 but it just says the office is closed. I though it was automatic?

can you not get your balance via auto anymore? Some messages with this number as with the other I used. option 1 to make a payment option 2 for all other enquires which take you to a representative who I don't want to speak to.

debrag I just used that number (option 2) and it gave me my balance

applied about an hour ago (first CC) - been told i'll hear in 7-10 days. Just checked my credit expert and it is not showing a search from them?! - I wasn't expecting an instant decision as I only have a couple of 02 contracts and a current account but how come I have been referred without searching on me?

Really?! Most things I have read on here say they search Experian. That maybe explains it...

they searched experian for me, and just got the rejected letter.

Just one defaulted account of 185 pounds paid and settled from 2006. thats it now time to give up....
