    i called the boots shop line instead 0845 070 8090 and explained that i had been trying the other number for three days. Lady put me straight through and I spoke to customer services online! ;D ;D

    If you've not got any paperwork and only half the order, the chances are you're due another box.  Check to see if it says 1 of 2 on the packaging.  The same thing happened to me and I got the second box the day after (today).

    If you look on Boors website, they say that this quite often happens and the documentation will allways be in the second box.   Hope this helps!  :)

    Just received the last of that order and it DID include the paperwork as you said.

  • Well I got my cancellation e-mail 6 days after ordering

    Got a £5 off £10 spend voucher but I still sent them a snotty e-mail saying how disgusted I was

    Ordered a cheeseboard set and followed my order up with another e-mail asking if they could get it right this time!

    Ordered 3 breakfast hampers + 1 celebration hamper at 10:30 on Wednesday morning  & just received my cancellation for the three breakfast hampers.

    Wondering if this is a geographic thing. I am based in Bromley and interested to Know if anyone South London / Bromley / Kent received Breakfast hamper regardless of the time they placed their order.

    I live in Essex,ordered weds, 14.15 order confirmed,received 2 breakfast hampers today awaiting 1 celebration,received one box of two.

    Finally got through to the online customer services . Agree with previous comments that they are not very helpful . Found them aggressive. it was a bit like haggling in a market. they did actually offer me a % 40 discount on the luxury hamper as compensation ( Assume this would have reduced it to £45 ) but I argued that the discount should be applied in the same ratio i.e. %70 for the brekkie hamper. they would not move on this and said 40% was their final offer.

    It was explained to me that originally there were 500 hampers available in the country that were allocated on a first come first served basis. I was assured that no one who had ordered after me would have received a breakfast hamper ( clearly not true).


    For me the annoying thing is that it took them a week to cancel the order . It took an hour or so to get through to the customer services and the response I received when I did get through was rude.
