Not looking good here either

Ordered two breakfast hampers, still shows as pending on boots.com, had no cancellation email. But when i check my barclaycard online the payment had been down as an 'outstanding authorisation' but now its disappeared.

I think they should send out a replacement of higher value! 8)

she is totally thrilled with it!!
im so happy as this is the first thing ive managed to get.. my camera and my surround sound thingey both got cancelled

I think this is all pretty appalling.

I've just had an email to cancel the Philishave shaver, because its out of stock, yet it's showing over 100 in stock on their website and if I re-order I can't use the 10% discount codes because you can only use them once AND they if I try to re-order they quote 28th Dec delivery now.

and my brealfast hampers have been sitting on the " the shipment is waiting to be processed" for a week now.

I mean, if you order something that's in stock, offer up your details and receive a confirmation email, you kinda expect to get it.

It isn't a *bonus* if you get it, it's the least you should expect.

I ordered 2 Brekkie hampers with two fibre optic trees and some nappies ( )

I got 1 tree and the nappies today, but the box is '1 of 2' so I should hopefully get the rest soon.

Regarding the status on the website. I have two orders (one received earlier in the week - Philishave 8870 - and one received in November) both still saying "This shipment is being processed" ! ..So I wouldn't pay to much attention to the status's !! :-/

Got my two brekkie hampers today, very pleased with them! Keeping one for myself (well I deserve it!) and giving the other to my mum and dad for having the kids this weekend!

Wonder why they were reduced so heavily ... only the Crepes (Jan 2005) have an expiry date that is close.

Looks like pretty cheap champagne mind you - Still - chill it within an inch of it's life and it will go down a treat .... or pollute it with some Orange Juice for a breakfast bucks fizz ;D

My breakfast hampers order is still being processed, and still no email to say it's out of stock, or a reply to my query about my order.

It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

I'll let you know. Fingers crossed.
