a question for you guys, when you feel suicidle, what stops you from carrying out your wishes? and when you dont follow it through for what ever reason you talk yourself out of it, do you regret not being brave enough to do it?Who I am is not important. What I do is.0

just knowing that I'm completely on my own, with no-one to try and help me through this. Used to have loads of friends now I have none. I have nothing to do at weekends because I don't enjoy doing anything any moreWho I am is not important. What I do is.0

Hi, hope today is a better day for you. I felt just like this a few years ago and really thought it would never get better, but it does and it did. Yesterday the sun was out maybe that's why it was so quiet.
Hopefully you won't feel like this again but if you do I find a nice hot shower helps, I see it as washing away all the depression and then maybe a walk to get some fresh air.
I also went through the stage where I had no friends, but you don't need loads just one or two who are close and care and understand.
Take care Sssssss.0 -
Morning everyone!
I was out all day yesterday paint shopping with my mum and last night I went to see Michael Mcintyre in manchester.
I felt really down last night thinking it was a week since I've seen my ex and how it would of been an even better night with him instead of the friend I took with me. I still feel down this morning and I really want to txt him but I'm not going to. I managed to eat a sausage yesterday thats been it since last saturday I've lost over a stone in weight in a week. I just want him back even though he has really hurt me. I feel so stupid.
I hope your all ok today and have a nice day
Love hugs and kisses

xxxx. What you are fearing is change buit whether one likes it or not change happens and those who accept it get on best.
I know you miss him but he is in the past, happened etc It takes two to make a good relationship and if one doesnt want to be there then you have to accept its not going to be good.
Instead of thinking about the past why not think about the nice bloke you will meet this weekWho I am is not important. What I do is.0 -
Upsetrightnow, please go and eat something as soon as you see this message. You really need to look after yourself. Starving yourself won't bring him back. Please eat sweetheart, I'm really worrying about you."Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
