The truth about Ryanair

Quite honestly I'm shocked!scheming_gypsy wrote:staff that don't speak much English doesn't bother me too much, i'm not going on the plane to talk to them, as long as they can understand the words 'lager' and 'HOW MUCH !!!! ... then i don't care.
Cabin Crew are a legal requirement to aide your safety, not supply you with food and drink. If, god forbid, an emergency situation arose, I would want to be reassured they know what they're doing and can give me the best advice on how to get out alive
Safety is not something anyone should take for granted0 -
The best thing about Ryanair for me is seeing the rush at the gate to board - when I'm waiting for a more civilised airline with allocated seats!!!

Ryanair/bmibaby = 2 star
Flybe/Easyjet = 3 star
Air Berlin = 4 star0 -

Secretly filming eh ?.I think you could secretly film any one or any company for 5 months, spend a bit of time editing it down to 1/2 an hour with the worst bit and call it "A day in the life of ...."
Should be renamed "Stiching up Ryanair"0 -
Bet their not as grumpy on a plane as I am sinse they stopped smoking....... B*stards.0

Flew with Ryanair to valencia last year and had no problems. Staff were very good.
In order to keep the costs down, both Ryanair and Easyjet rely on passengers to help with a quick turnaround by helping with the rubbish. If crap is left on seats and in the magazine pockets, its as much the passengers fault as the airline. There was chewing gum secretly stuck on the back of the seat in front of me, I just see this as a symptom of lazy, pig ignorant customers.0 -
I had an awful experience with ryanair about a year ago!
Booked a £20 return flight to dublin - at dublin no boarding gate listed as the plane was delayed - suddenly announced it - got to boarding gate and it had just closed - ryanair very unsympathetic and charged us £200 for a later flight to a completely different airport!

On most new Ryanair aircraft, there are no seat pockets, so nowhere to put your newspaper.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

if it goes wrong on the plane..i know i would want to be on a ryanair flight, the passengers know how to scramble and look after themselves
its BA passengers who want pampering and escorting ever so nicely with utmost dignity in an emergency that i would worry about0
