... but see in todays newpapers they are now charging £1 for having a pee during the flight! Advice is tell daughter not to have a drink onboard!
No they are not. It was a throw away line by O'Leary on BBC Breakfast. It's not going to happen.
Don't believe everything you read in the newspapers.0 -
If money is so tight my advice to shave some money off either Ryanair or Easyjet is to get an electron card (coop do one on a cashminder account - then load cash via post office) to save the credit card fees. I believe ryanair charge £16 for 2 people on a return flights. Easyjet saving is less but shaves off about £8 if I remember.0

The electron saving with Easyjet is only £1.95 (and that's for the total booking not per person per leg). Still worth having. As for the OP the cut-off for dirt cheap Ryanair flights is now 31 May, so they will be offering deals for June soon. But being limited to a particular route and a Saturday will substantially reduce the chances of a bargain fare.0

Most of the Spanish hot-spots rarely appear in the bargain buckets, especially Palma and especially in summer. In other words, something drastic would have to happen before they offered 1p or even £10 fares on your flight.
I understand your reasoning but in this case the return flight is actually a £0.00 + taxes flight!

My other half had a thought on the above, and we are thinking of suggesting it to Ryanair: when they sell you a drink on board they could issue you with a free token for the toilets. They could call it:
"BUY ONE, GET ONE WEE"0 -

what will they offer with food though
buy one, get a number two free ?0 -
It amazes me that as soon as the flight has taken off there is a queue for the toilets. Don't they go before they get on the plane? For myself I am happy not to have any drinks on board and happy not to go to the loo (or pay if I really need to go) if it helps keep the fares down.
I think Ryanair offer something that people want - low fares and I am fully in support of them doing their best to keep the costs down. I have never had any bother flying with them and in fact their flights are more often than not on time unlike some of the more expensive airlines.
Best that the airport departure lounges close down all the bars and coffee shops then! We can all sit and dehydrate nicely during the flight!0 -
Apologies if this has been posted already.....
