Not a fab day yesterday, but by no means a disaster. i was on a red day (I prefer green and wished i'd been on one instead!) and had a couple of things happen that stressed me out.

I had, (on top of free/a choice/b choice)

    4 slices Value wholemeal bread
    2oz Tesco sultana bran
2 Asda Flapjack squares (little squares, but goodness knows how many sins)
    3 chewy milk flavour sweets

OMG - just looked up the Asda flapjack squares - 13.5 each!!! they are tiny!!

a rough total of 60 sins (the milk sweets were from a colleague who had come back from Egypt, so don't know sin value.) 4 days worth of sins in a day.

Repairable though, I'm having a green day today and I've had 2 sins and won't need any more (I love my green days - just finished baked beans in jacket - yummy!)

If I have a green weekend and keep munching on the mixed pulse broth I've got cooking in my slow cooker every time I feel the need to eat (extremely often unfortunately!) by weigh in Monday I will very roughly have a 'break even' with the sins.

Lunch later (I eat at funny times - the jacket with beans was my breakfast!) will be some of the soup and I'm going to do vegetable lasagne tonight.

Ah keren that sucks about the flapjacks. Glad to hear you're still so motivated to repair the potential damage though. Enjoy them free foods!

I guessed at about 6 each , but 13.5 - blimey!!!!!!! A member of staff brought them in, luckily I don't like coconut, because the other tub she had was coconut bites!!

I've got the munchies today. Got a day's holiday and I keep finding myself in the (empty!) fridge. i've walked the dog (in the rain - yuck), been to town (and I didn't go to Sainsbury - very proud of myself!), done some ebaying, sorted the home insurance, changed the bedding, but I can't take my mind off food! Just had a packet of the 95% fat free super noodles (free on green), but I want MORE!! soup isn't quite ready yet in the SC, some of the pulses are still a bit hard.

My Asda delivery is due between 2 and 4, so that will give me something to do for 10 minutes when that arrives. I should do the ironing, then I could list a few more ebay bits I've cleared out, but I'm not motivated!!
