I like to drain my sw chips, and give them a shake in the saucepan before I put them in the oven to cook, it makes the edges more 'rough'.

Remember. Waist or Waste, where would you rather the kids leftovers went?

Does anyone have any SW recipes for using up pineapple cottage cheese??? I ended up with two huge (Good For You version) tubs I'd ordered my mistake with my Asda order and wondered if anyone knew any SW friendly recipes?? Apart from in jacket pots, or on crispbreads, I can only find a cheesecake recipe (that definitely isn't SW friendly!) or some weird American recipes where it is mixed with jelly. I'm sure in the past I saw a recipe in a magazine or on the website for some way of making a dessert or something similar with the stuff............either some kind of cake, or some kind of pancake type 'thingies'......

Off to make some SW chips with beans on them , I was going to make a butternut squash risotto but I've changed my mind now - yummy! :grinheart

Hello! I need to catch up with how everyone has done, but havent posted all week, we all have a bug - that is effecting us badly - I've changed 8 nappies on my 18 month old so far today - its put me off eating anything I can tell you! Saying that, I bet I'll have a rubbish week 'cos I won't have eaten enough!

Lost 1.5lbs on Tuesday, so 9.5lbs so far at SW.

WOW! over 1 stone in one week and that is just from 8 users:eek:

By next month ... we'd have lost the equivalent of a whole person!!

Sorry I forgot to PM you my loss .... I lost the slip I noted my weight on :o
But I have gone down 3/4lb .... as we all say ... it is still something icon10.gif

So, that should be 17 3/4 lbs :j

    Today:
I will run on the spot for 60 seconds and have 2 glasses of water before every meal I have!
    Aim:
to shift 2 1/4 lbs by next friday!

Edit: forgot to add the 1/4 lbs .. nice to aim for a nice round figureicon10.gif

Brilliant ..... I now serve up much smaller portions for myself and chew a lot longer .... that way when the kids don't finish of their meals ... I save on waste and the waist :D

    WOW AGAIN!!!

See ... that is the best motivation for me .... even if I don't feel good about my individual loss (I am still at the point where no gain or a tiny loss is good) the group loss is a good boost!

Thank you all for doing so well!

right ... off to run on the spot now 'cos i'm getting peckish and craving a nice fluffy egg omellete (sp?)!icon10.gif
