Jane - Well Done - what a great start. I lost 1lb so Im pleased. Being good all week before going away for the weekend seemed to have worked. If I hadn't gone away and eaten those chips.... Who knows :rotfl:

I was going to post that the password this week is Spring but Cheekymole beat me to it.

Good luck this week folks, Bring it on ;)

Thanks Honey and c-m but I'm not going to ring their 0870 number. I'll just forget about it.

Betty, Did you try https://www.saynoto0870.com for an alternative number?

Don't worry Betty, the password is always here for SW online, and if you need to know anything someone won't be far away to ask. I know how you must feel though

    hello

Keren, your post really inspired me. Good luck lady.

I had a good monday food wise.

Work was stressful today but I didn't snack on chocolate I went for a little walk round the building instead.

had swede and parsnip mash with my dinner and it was tasty. Am trying to challenge myself to try different food combinations to stave off food boredom !

The different posts have been inspiring and useful, I am so glad I found this board.
  • Hi All

I've been lurking around this thread for some time but haven't had the confidence to post but now I need some guidance about where I'm going wrong!

Started doing weightwatchers on line 5 weeks ago. I'm sticking strictly to my points allowance and in fact often have 12 points banked at the end of the week that I don't spend. I'm going to the gym at least 3 times a week doing a combination of cardio and strength training but I've only lost 3 pounds and nothing at all for the last week!

I've had no sweets, no chocolate, no crisps, no alcohol and still don't seem to be losing fast at all.

My only theory is that I've been re-hydrating my body and I've gone form a hydration level of 37.1% to 42.8%. My sacles tell me a level between 42-50 is right for me. Can the water account for why I don't seem to be losing pounds?
