Hi I found the address below, but you can always double check with the bank, they have to tell you.

Yes, put your father in law's address (I take it this is for him);)
Make sure he signs the letter.

and do you need your sort code and acoount number on SAR letter or just account number

Hi there

Yes Barclays Bank PLC.

You can just put the account number although the sort code won't hurt as well.;)
