    Hi liam

    Your welcome.

Yes lots of dealings with Lloyds tsb.

Make cheque payable to Lloyds TSB Bank PLC, remember to write your account details on the back of cheque, also just to confirm if you bank with them, they should enclose details of all the accounts you have held with them, loan/credit card, current account and so on, all you do for that is write your bank account number.

The address i used is as below, good luck.

    LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC
    DSAR TEAM
    CUSTOMER SERVICES
    RECOVERY TEAM
    CHARLTON PLACE C57
    ANDOVER
    HAMPSHIRE
    SP10 1RE

Can you send a SAR request for a mobile phone company contract? Does the statute barred after 6 years rule still account for mobile phones? If so would it be worded differently from a normal SAR request?

    Thanks

I'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free
  • Is this the letter that I need to use for a Lloyds loan that ended in Dec 2006. So the six years will be up in Dec 2011.

I dont have any paperwok but I do have the account number of the loan (not the account number of the PPI account though)

If you have the account number then that is all you need.

    Hi there

As amersall says the account number is just fine, for reclaiming you use the reclaiming questionnaire, this replaced the template letter on this site, remember to keep copies of all you send and receive, in case you need to refer to this again at some point.

They normally have 8 weeks to give a decision, but may possibly request for more time, but they will or should keep you informed of your reclaiming complaint.

    The questionnaire you will find on the link here;

    Good luck.

  • Thanks for your replies, I did use the reclaiming questionnaire to claim initally quoting the account number and sending a copy of my statement, but lloyds wrote back to me after 2 months to say that they could find no record of me.

I wrote to Blackhorse as advised by the Lloyds call centre but Blackhorse passed my letter on to Lloyds.

It was a Lloyds loan I had taken out from my Lloyds bank branch.

Think Im just getting the run around! So I thought this SAR letter may help but Im aware that I am running out of time!!

    Hiya

Lloyds actually sent me details going back almost the last 10 years and my hubby as from the late 90's.
See what comes back, good luck.;)
