Yikes !!!

Should I have done a SAR's to Norton & Picture ?? I am ready to go to Ombudsman now, but should I request these first for additonal evidence, Oh dear I am now thinking I have done everything the wrong way round ??

Clare, do not worry, this is not essential, the reason why we request for one of these could be because you have no documentation at all.;)

i did not do a sars and fos say they did not require it have all the evidence they need with the letter of norton and account numbers sue

Thank you for your advice. I havent had a chance to write back to the finance company yet so busy and I need to try and get it sorted before the baby comes but its not looking likely. I think I need to put a bit of pressure on them really.

Can I ask you a silly question - Do you know why I have two different finance companies corresponding with me?

I find that confusing as well to be honest about why 2 finance companies are corresponding with you, maybe if you get the chance is give one of them a quick call to find out what is going on.

Its not a silly question , I would be curious too.
